Escapes. In the event of an escape by a Contract Agency's inmate from the County jail, the Contract Agency will be notified by telephone or fax with a follow-up in writing as soon as practical. The County will have the primary authority to direct the investigation and to pursue the inmate within its jurisdiction. Any costs related to the investigation and pursuit within its jurisdiction will be the responsibility of the County. The County will not be required to pursue and return the Contract Agency's escaped inmates from outside of the County.
Escapes. Whoever departs without lawful authority from custody while in another state under the agreement on detainers is considered to have escaped and may be punished as provided in section 609.485, subdivision 4.
Escapes. In the event of an escape by a CDCR Offender(s) from the Facility’s physical custody, the CONTRACTOR shall, in addition to efforts to apprehend such CDCR Offender, immediately notify the CDCR Administrative Officer of the Day, CDCR I.D./Warrants Unit, and the local law enforcement agencies as required by state statute in the same manner it uses for any other Facility escapees.
Escapes. The Service Provider shall take all appropriate measures to prevent escapes. The Service Provider shall notify the COTR and Alternate COTR immediately if an escape or an attempted escape has occurred. The Service Provider shall provide the COTR and alternate COTR with a written report prior to the end of the shift. The Service Provider shall be held to the following standards concerning escapes:

In the event of an escape by a COUNTY Youthful Offender(s) from the Fire Camp’s custody, the CDCR shall initiate efforts to apprehend such COUNTY Youthful Offender(s), notify the COUNTY, local law enforcement agencies and CDCR I.D./Warrants Unit as required by state statute in the same manner it uses for any other CDCR escapee. The escape pursuit shall be in cooperation with the Sheriff of the county where the Fire Camp is located and CDCR Headquarters. Cooperation between CDCR and Sheriff of the county where the Fire Camp is located includes, but is not limited to: notification timeframes, incident command, mutual aid, intelligence sharing, etc. After the initial 24 hours of escape pursuit, the CDCR Incident Commander and the Sheriff of the county where the fire camp is located shall evaluate the need for the continued presence of the CDCR. This decision shall be based on the intelligence received regarding the COUNTY Youthful offender’s whereabouts and escape route. Annually or upon any revision of this agreement, the COUNTY shall provide the CDCR with a listing of its emergency contacts.

Escapes. Supplier shall have control systems in place to prevent Escapes. In the event an Escape occurs, Supplier shall immediately take additional containment action and notify Buyer by telephone and email of Escapes of Nonconforming Product. Supplier shall fully cooperate in any investigation or containment action.
Escapes. In the event of an escape by a CDCR inmate(s) from the MCJF or release over CDCR’s Detainer, the County shall, in addition to efforts to apprehend such CDCR inmate, within 24 hours, notify the sending institution, as noted on the detainer; and the CDCR I.D./Warrants Unit as required by State statute in the same manner it uses for any other Facility escapees. The CDCR Administrator of the Day (AOD) shall be notified immediately.
Escapes. Contractor shall fully comply with PFB 6.2.422 Escapes, which is incorporated by reference, as existing at the time of execution of this Contract and as amended at any time during the Contract term.
Escapes. In the event any City inmate escapes from Chelan County’s custody, Chelan County will use all reasonable means to recapture the inmate. The escape shall be reported immediately to the City. Chelan County shall have the primary responsibility for and authority to direct the pursuit and retaking of the inmate or inmates within its own territory. Any cost in connection therewith shall be chargeable to and borne by Chelan County; however, Chelan County shall not be required to expend unreasonable amounts to pursue and return inmates from other counties, states or countries.
