EVALUATION AND SELECTION PROCESS. 2.5.1 Contract Award Contract award, if made, will be in accordance with RFP Section 9: Evaluation to responsive and responsible Proposer(s). Notice of Award, if made, will occur pursuant to Section 1.9, Key Action Dates. However, the Lead State, at its sole option, may change the Notice of Intent to Award date without prior notification. The Lead State reserves the right to modify or cancel in whole or in part its RFP document.
