Expense Claims. Neither Second Lien Administrative Agent nor any Second Lien Claimholder will (i) contest the payment of fees, expenses or other amounts to the First Lien Administrative Agent or any First Lien Claimholder under Section 506(b) of the Bankruptcy Code or otherwise to the extent provided for in the First Lien Credit Agreement or (ii) assert or enforce, at any time prior to the Discharge of First Lien Obligations, any claim under Section 506(c) of the Bankruptcy Code senior to or on parity with the First Lien Obligations for costs or expenses of preserving or disposing of any Collateral.
Expense Claims. Neither the Trustee nor any Noteholder will assert or enforce, at any time prior to the Discharge of Lender Claims, any claim under §506(c) of the Bankruptcy Code senior to or on a parity with the Lender Liens for costs or expenses of preserving or disposing of any Common Collateral.
Expense Claims. 16.1.1 Payment of a travelling allowance according to the School Division’s expense reimbursement policy shall be made to teachers who travel on school business at the request of the School Division.
Expense Claims. (a) The Employer may require an Employee to submit to the Employer official receipts substantiating allowable expenses incurred by the Employee as soon as practical after incurring the expense, except where the Employee uses his/her own motor vehicle for work purposes in which case the Employee will submit a declaration in accordance with clause 32.4(c).
(b) A declaration from the Employee that the expense was incurred may be accepted by the Employer if the official receipt is lost or misplaced, and suitable verification can be made. A declaration from the Employee that an incidental expense was incurred may be accepted if the Employer and the Employee agree that the obtaining of a receipt was impractical.
Expense Claims. Each Agent, for itself and on behalf of the Claimholders for whom it acts as Agent, agrees that it will not (i) contest the payment of fees, expenses or other amounts to the Priority Agent or any Priority Claimholder under Section 506(b) of the Bankruptcy Code or otherwise to the extent of the value of the lien of the Priority Agent in such Priority Agent’s Priority Collateral and to the extent provided for in the applicable Credit Agreement or (ii) assert or enforce any claim under Section 506(c) of the Bankruptcy Code senior to or on parity with the Lien of the Priority Agent for costs or expenses of preserving or disposing of the other Agent’s Priority Collateral.
Expense Claims. (a) The Employer may require an Employee to submit to the Employer official receipts substantiating allowable expenses incurred by the Employee as soon as practical after incurring the expense, except where the Employee uses his/her own motor vehicle for work purposes in which case the Employee will submit a declaration in accordance with clause 24.6 (c).

A declaration from the Employee that an incidental expense was incurred may be accepted if the Employer and the Employee agree that the obtaining of a receipt was impractical.
(c) The Employer will pay the Employee money owing under this clause in a manner to be agreed between the Employer and Employee as soon as practicable but not later than two pay periods after the Employee submits a claim.
(d) Upon request, the Employer will provide an advance for the expected costs associated with work related travel or any other exercise where an Employee is likely to incur work related expenses. As soon as practicable after the event, the Employee will provide the Employer with an account of all expenses incurred together with receipts (and where necessary a statement) together with any balance owed to the Employer.
Expense Claims. 31.5.1 An Employee must submit official receipts as soon as practical after the event as evidence of expenditure incurred, except where the Employee uses his/her own motor vehicles for work purposes in which case the Employee will submit a declaration in accordance with clause 31.4.3.
31.5.2 A declaration from the Employee that the expense was incurred may be accepted if the receipt is lost or misplaced, and suitable verification can be made. A declaration from an Employee that incidental expense was incurred may be accepted if the Employer and Employee agree that the obtaining of a receipt was impractical.
31.5.3 The Employer will pay the Employee moneys owing under this clause in a manner to be agreed between the Employer and Employee as soon as practicable but not later than 2 pay periods after the Employee submits a claim.
31.5.4 Upon request, the Employer will provide an advance for the expected costs associated with work related travel or any other exercise where an Employee is likely to incur work related expenses. As soon as practicable after the event, the Employee will provide the Employer with an account of all expenses incurred together with receipts (and where necessary a statement) together with any balance owed to the Employer.
Expense Claims. None of the Noteholder Collateral Agent, the Trustee or any Noteholder will assert or enforce, at any time prior to the Discharge of Senior Lender Claims, any claim under §506(c) of the Bankruptcy Law senior to or on a parity with the Liens in favor of the First-Lien Agent and the Senior Lenders for costs or expenses of preserving or disposing of any Common Collateral.
Expense Claims. Neither the Collateral Agent (on behalf of any Second Lien Secured Party or any Third Lien Secured Party), the Second Lien Administrative Agent (for itself or on behalf of any Second Lien Secured Party) nor the Trustee (for itself or on behalf of any Third Lien Secured Party) shall (i) contest the payment of fees, costs, charges, expenses or other amounts due to any First Lien Representative or any First Lien Secured Party under Section 506(b) of the Bankruptcy Code or otherwise (inclusive of Post-Petition Claims) or (ii) assert or enforce any claim under Section 506(c) of the Bankruptcy Code senior to or on parity with the First Lien Obligations for costs or expenses of preserving or disposing of any Collateral. After the Discharge of First Lien Obligations, neither the Collateral Agent (on behalf of any Third Lien Secured Party) nor the Trustee (for itself or on behalf of any Third Lien Secured Party) shall (i) contest the payment of fees, costs, charges, expenses or other amounts due to the Second Lien Administrative Agent or any Second Lien Secured Party under Section 506(b) of the Bankruptcy Code or otherwise (inclusive of Post-Petition Claims) or (ii) assert or enforce any claim under Section 506(c) of the Bankruptcy Code senior to or on parity with the Second Lien Obligations for costs or expenses of preserving or disposing of any Collateral.
Expense Claims. (a) All expense claims, except for meal allowances and public transit expenses, must be substantiated by receipts.
(b) Expense reports must indicate the purpose of travel.
(c) Expenses must be claimed within one (1) month of the end of the month in which they were incurred.
(d) Expense claims are subject to authorization by the Executive Director.
