EYESIGHT TESTING. 177.1 An employee whose job involves screen based work may seek an eyesight test once every two years, and be reimbursed in accordance with specified limits. 178.1 Where spectacles and lenses are prescribed for operating Screen Based Equipment, the employee will be reimbursed up to $100.00 for single vision lenses and up to $200.00 for bifocal/multifocal lenses. During the life of the Agreement, the quantum of the reimbursement may be reviewed and the Australian Statistician may adjust the reimbursement as a result of the review. 179.1 Further information about eyesight testing and spectacle reimbursement is available in ABS Guidelines. 180.1 The ABS is committed to providing opportunities for all employees to develop and enhance their skills and qualifications to meet current and future skill requirements in line with corporate goals and individual career development.
EYESIGHT TESTING. (a) The company agrees to continue the existing practice of initial eyesight testing on a biennial basis at the Plant during working hours.
EYESIGHT TESTING. 57.1 The ANMM will pay for eyesight testing for employees, and will part reimburse the cost of spectacles or contact lenses for employees engaged in predominately screen based work, and part reimburse the cost of prescription sunglasses for employees engaged in predominantly outdoor work. 57.2 The reimbursement rates will be; $100.00 for monofocal spectacles/contact lenses/prescription sunglasses; or $165.00 for multifocal spectacles/contact lenses. 57.3 Re-imbursement for spectacles/contact lenses/prescription sunglasses will be limited to 1 claim per year. 57.4 More information regarding eyesight testing and the reimbursement of cost may be found in the relevant section of ANMM’s Employment Policies & Guidelines.

Microscopy). c. Employees are entitled to testing every year unless symptoms occur which indicate that earlier testing is necessary. Employees applying for testing more frequently than at yearly intervals should support their application with medical evidence. d. If billed directly, the CEO agrees to meet both the costs of: i. an initial screening and where required, a full vision examination by an optometrist; ii. the initial examination, and the review examination, where either or both are required by an ophthalmologist. iii. Reasonable cost limits are shown in table below: Single vision spectacles Up to $235.00 Bifocal or multifocal lenses Up to $386.00 357. Employees will be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when this is required due to exposure to hazards as part of their role. a. Where staff are representing ARPANSA in off-site locations, uniforms will be provided to employees where they are essential for safety reasons, or at the discretion of ARPANSA. ARPANSA’s Uniform Branding Guidelines will apply. b. ARPANSA will provide prescriptive safety glasses where an employee is regularly required to wear them to fulfill the requirements of their role, and there are no other reasonable safety eyewear options available. Prescriptive safety glasses will be required to be maintained and stored in the workplace. i. This benefit will only be available upon upgrade of a prescription or once a year, whichever is lesser.

EYESIGHT TESTING. The Mint will provide for eyesight testing and reimbursement for prescribed eyesight correction for all staff members who, as an integral part of their duties are required to: • operate Screen Based Equipment; and /or • undertake special work tasks which require particular visual accuracy not normally required for general tasks (eyesight demanding tasks eg. microscopic). employees are entitled to retesting no more frequently than at two yearly intervals, unless symptoms occur which indicate further testing is necessary. The Mint will pay the full cost of initial testing. Where spectacles are prescribed specifically for use with screen-based equipment or eyesight demanding tasks, the Mint will reimburse up to $100 for single vision spectacles and $170 for bifocals. Visual correction, which is recommended for general use, such as reading or driving, will not be reimbursed.
EYESIGHT TESTING. The Company agrees to continue the existing practice of initial eyesight testing on a Biennial basis at the Plant during working hours. When follow-up testing and the supply of prescription lens safety glasses are required, the Company will provide employees with a voucher for this service to be provided by local Optometrists in the employees own time. The Company will pay all fees and charges necessary for the provision of prescription lens safety glasses resulting from this process.

  • ODUF Testing 6.6.1 Upon request from TWTC, AT&T shall send ODUF test files to TWTC. The Parties agree to review and discuss the ODUF file content and/or format. For testing of usage results, AT&T shall request that TWTC set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of TWTC’s employees making test calls for the types of services TWTC requests on ODUF. These test calls are logged by TWTC, and the logs are provided to AT&T. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act. (B) All classes covered by this Agreement are designated special risk classes for drug testing purposes. Special risk means employees who are required as a condition of employment to be certified under Chapter 633 or Chapter 943, F.S. (C) An employee shall have the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken under section 112.0455, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, subject to the limitations on the grievability of disciplinary actions in Article 10. If an employee is not disciplined but is denied a demotion, reassignment, or promotion as a result of a positive confirmed drug test, the employee shall have the right to grieve such action in accordance with Article 6.

  • Product Testing No later than [***] prior to a scheduled Delivery ARIAD US shall send to ARIAD SWISSCO the Delivery Documents for review. Following such review, unless within [***] of receipt of the Delivery Documents ARIAD SWISSCO gives written notice of rejection of the Product to be delivered, stating the reasons for such rejection, the Delivery shall proceed, and both Parties shall organize the same. Upon arrival at ARIAD SWISSCO nominated site it shall visually inspect the shipment of the Product to identify any damage to the external packaging. ARIAD SWISSCO may reject any shipment (or portion thereof) of the Product that is damaged by providing to ARIAD US reasonable evidence of damage within [***] after Delivery of such Product. If ARIAD SWISSCO does not so reject any shipment (or portion thereof) of the Product within [***] of Delivery of such Product, ARIAD SWISSCO shall be deemed to have accepted such shipment of the Product; provided, however, that in the case of the Product having any Latent Defect, ARIAD SWISSCO shall notify ARIAD US promptly once it becomes aware that a Product contains a Latent Defect and subsequently may reject such Product by giving written notice to ARIAD US of ARIAD SWISSCO’s rejection of such Product and shipping a representative sample of such Product or other evidence of Non-Conformance to ARIAD US within [***] after becoming aware of such Latent Defect, which notice shall include a description of the Latent Defect.

  • Random Testing Notwithstanding any provisions of the Collective Agreement or any special agreements appended thereto, section 4.6 of the Canadian Model will not be applied by agreement. If applied to a worker dispatched by the Union, it will be applied or deemed to be applied unilaterally by the Employer. The Union retains the right to grieve the legality of any imposition of random testing in accordance with the Grievance Procedure set out in this Collective Agreement.

  • Financial testing The financial covenants set out in Clause 20.2 (Financial condition) shall be tested by reference to each of the financial statements and/or each Compliance Certificate delivered pursuant to Clause 19.2 (Compliance Certificate).

  • Meter Testing Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).

  • Right to Observe Testing Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each notify the other Party, and the NYISO, in advance of its performance of tests of its Attachment Facilities. The other Party, and the NYISO, shall each have the right, at its own expense, to observe such testing.

  • Alcohol Testing Alcohol testing will be conducted by using an evidential breath testing device (EBT) approved by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Non-EBT devices may be used for initial screening tests. A screening test will be conducted first. If the result is an alcohol concentration level of less than 0.02, the test is considered a negative test. If the alcohol concentration level is 0.02 or more, a second confirmation test will be conducted. Levels of .04 or greater on the confirmation test will be considered positive.

  • Substance Abuse Testing The Parties agree that it is in the best interest of all concerned to promote a safe working environment. The Union has no objection to pre-employment substance abuse testing when required by the Employer and further, the Union has no objection to voluntary substance abuse testing to qualify for employment on projects when required by a project owner. The cost and scheduling of such testing shall be paid for and arranged by the Employer. The Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for any failed pre-access Alcohol and Drug test costs.

  • Stability Testing Patheon shall conduct stability testing on the Products in accordance with the protocols set out in the Specifications for the separate fees specified in Schedule C. Patheon shall not make any changes to these testing protocols without prior written approval from the Client. In the event that any batch of Products fails stability testing, Patheon and the Client shall jointly determine the proceedings and methods to be undertaken to investigate the causes of such failure, including which party shall bear the cost of such investigation, provided that Patheon shall not be liable for any such costs unless there has been a failure by it to provide the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications and cGMPs. Patheon will provide any and all data and results relating to the stability testing upon request by the Client.
