Face Masks or Coverings. All students are required to wear face masks or an appropriate face covering at all times upon entering any part of WCCUSD school campuses. Reasonable exceptions are made for eating and drinking. Students may use one of their own face coverings or the district will provide one. Compliance with the districts’ masking policy is mandatory unless there is a medical exception and release from a doctor. Students must comply or in-person learning will not be allowed. initial If a student is willfully not wearing a mask, and a staff member has instructed them to do so, this will be considered a violation of the in-person learning contract. The first time, the student will be given a verbal warning. The second time will require a conference with the site administrator. The third time, the student will be sent home and a parent/guardian conference with an administrator will be required before determining if your child may return to in-person learning. The conference will be conducted to determine how we can work together to support your child in complying with the guideline. If your child willfully does not wear a face mask or face covering after the third time, in-person learning will no longer be an option due to health and safety, and your child will need to return to distance-only learning until the next grading period. initial Physical Distancing Students will comply with staff directions in regard to physical distancing.   • Other Coverages The insurance provided by the School shall apply on a primary basis and any other insurance or self-insurance maintained by the Sponsor or its members, officers, employees, or agents, shall be in excess of the insurance provided by or on behalf of/ the School.

  • PROGRAMS COVERED 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on the Single Audit for fiscal year ending 06/30/2020. All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement.

  • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.

  • RIGHTS IN WORK PRODUCT AND OTHER INFORMATION A. Work Product Contractor assigns to the Purchasing Entity and its successors and assigns, the entire right, title, and interest in and to all causes of action, either in law or in equity, for past, present, or future infringement of intellectual property rights related to the Work Product and all works based on, derived from, or incorporating the Work Product under an Order. Whether or not Contractor is under contract with the State at the time, Contractor shall execute applications, assignments, and other documents, and shall render all other reasonable assistance requested by the State, to enable the State to secure patents, copyrights, licenses and other intellectual property rights related to the Work Product. To the extent that Work Product would fall under the definition of “works made for hire” under 17 U.S.C.S. §101, the Parties intend the Work Product to be a work made for hire.

  • Condition of the Contractor’s Property or Equipment The Contractor shall make the Property and/or equipment available to the Judicial Council, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor shall immediately remedy any problem with the Property’s physical plant or equipment that impairs or diminishes the quality of the Program. The Contractor shall ensure the appropriate hot water, heating, and ventilation is provided at the Property during the Program, inclusive in the prices set forth herein.

  • SERVICES COVERED 63.1 To the extent required by Applicable Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CLEC will interconnect its network with CenturyLink’s network for the transmission, routing and termination of Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, IntraLATA LEC Toll Traffic, Local and Toll VoIP- PSTN Traffic, Transit Traffic and Jointly Provided Switched Access Service Traffic. This Agreement is intended only for traffic consisting of wireline to wireline communications, not for Mobile Wireless Service traffic, and neither Party will route Mobile Wireless Service traffic to the other Party (other than Transit Traffic) without first executing a separate written agreement to govern such traffic.

  • COPYRIGHT, PATENTS AND OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS 11.1 Except as is otherwise expressly provided in writing in the Contract, the UNDP shall be entitled to all intellectual property and other proprietary rights including, but not limited to, patents, copyrights, and trademarks, with regard to products, processes, inventions, ideas, know-how, or documents and other materials which the Contractor has developed for the UNDP under the Contract and which bear a direct relation to or are produced or prepared or collected in consequence of, or during the course of, the performance of the Contract, and the Contractor acknowledges and agrees that such products, documents and other materials constitute works made for hire for the UNDP.

  • Waiting Periods for Coverage There is a two (2) day Waiting Period per Pet before We will cover an Injury. There is a three hundred and sixty-five (365) day Waiting Period per Pet before We will cover a Pre-existing Condition. Waiting Periods are waived for subsequent renewals and add-on coverage from a preceding Policy year provided You maintain an active Policy, with no gap in coverage, annually renewed and continuously in-force.
