Facilities and Security. For facilities, paying rent and/or reasonable leasing costs for the 24 facilities shall be an eligible expense. For Security, while there shall be at least one staff person on duty 25 during regular working hours, and at least one staff person onsite and “on call” for emergencies during 26 the night, there will not be security personnel at all times on the premises. However, this policy will be 27 reevaluated on an ongoing basis based on actual conditions and issues that may present themselves over 28 time.

The Borrower agrees that the loan will be protected against the hazards of theft, fire, exposure to deteriorating light, extremes of temperature and relative humidity, insects, handling by unauthorized or inexperienced persons. 4.2 The premises in which loans are to be housed must in all respects be sound and secure, the arrangements for temperature, humidity and light satisfactory, and proper precautions taken against fire. 4.3 The Borrower must have trained staff in constant attendance at all times when the exhibition is open to the public and during installation/de-installation. During installation/de-installation, only those individuals directly involved in the preparation of the exhibition should be admitted into the exhibition space and preparation areas. 4.4 Twenty-four hour invigilation is normally required. Where this is not provided, premises must be equipped with a modern intruder detection alarm system covering all possible access points during periods when the Borrower’s Venue is closed. The Ashmolean may ask the UK Museums National Security Advisor for a report on the venue. 4.5 The Borrower must notify the Registrars’ Department of the Ashmolean immediately of and confirm in writing details of any loss, damage, and destruction to Ashmolean loans. The Borrower must also notify the insurer or indemnifying authority and the police, as appropriate. No treatment whatsoever may be undertaken without prior written approval from the Ashmolean. An Ashmolean conservator may be sent at the Borrower’s expense to assess damage or carry out remedial work. 4.6 The Borrower must notify the Ashmolean of any theft at the Borrower’s Venue, which occurs while Ashmolean works are on loan, even if Ashmolean works are not affected.
Facilities and Security. The Borrower will exercise the highest professional degree of care in the safeguarding of Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek works on loan. The Borrower agrees that the works on loan will be under continuous and vigilant protection from the hazards of fire, theft, exposure to extreme or harmful light, extremes of temperature and relative humidity, insects, dirt, or handling by unauthorized or inexperienced persons or the public. The exhibition must be protected by a 24-hour security system with security guards during opening hours, intruder-detector, and fire alarm systems (smoke or heat detectors). A signed facility reports, and floorplans must be provided the registrar for the approval of Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek. Control of relative humidity and temperature is required in the exhibition gallery, storage and packing areas, where loans from the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek are located. Fluctuations must be minimized. Paintings and sculptures must not be exposed to direct sun. Outside opening hours light must be reduced as much as possible. This means that artificial lights should be switched off and curtains and blinds closed when the exhibition is closed to the public. Lights should be equipped with UV filters when necessary. As a minimum, the UV filters must reduce the UV-radiation to the accepted max of 200 lux. Unless otherwise specified, the general environment for loans must be as follows:

  • Use of Facilities and Services Subject to the rules of the University and the terms of this Agreement, the UFF shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other university-related organizations which are defined as follows: University-Related Groups and Organizations. These groups and organizations may or may not receive budgetary support. Examples of such groups include student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, alumni associations, faculty committees, University Support Personnel Systems council, direct support organizations, the United Faculty of Florida, etc.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City.   • Facilities and Expenses The Employer will furnish the Employee with office space, equipment, supplies, computer and facsimile equipment, telephones (including cellular telephone), automobile or automobile allowance and such other facilities, support staff and personnel as the Employer deems necessary or appropriate for the performance of the Employee's duties under this Agreement. The Employer will reimburse the Employee for reasonable business expenses incurred by him on behalf of the Employer in the performance of his duties; provided, that Employee furnishes to Employer documentation of such expenses as is required by the Internal Revenue Service, as well as such other documentation as the Employer may reasonably request.   • Safety and Security Procedures Contractor shall maintain and enforce, at the Contractor Work Locations, industry-standard safety and physical security policies and procedures. While at each Court Work Location, Contractor shall comply with the safety and security policies and procedures in effect at such Court Work Location.
