Fellowships. The administration shall provide additional funding to assure that recipients of prestigious fellowships maintain one hundred percent (100%) of their respective salary and benefits while engaged in the fellowship. The Administration and the MSP shall negotiate a policy to determine an appropriate list of fellowships, and criteria for fellowships that qualify under this provision, for an implementation date of Fall 2024.
Fellowships. The sending Party will pay for all the expenses of the visit, both international return air fares and local costs. with the host Party helping with the placing of visitors and administration of their programmes, as may be suitable and feasible.
Fellowships. Close Up will accommodate thirty-two (32) educators from the school district who will attend the program on full fellowship.
Fellowships i. Employees agree to provide FP with at least eight (8) weeks’ notice (or shorter with supervisor approval) prior applying for a journalism fellowship, for example, a Xxxxxx Fellowship.
ii. Within four (4) weeks of receiving notice under paragraph 1(a)(i), FP will advise the employee whether FP will support the employee’s fellowship application and whether, if the fellowship is granted, FP will grant the employee’s request for an unpaid leave of absence for the duration of the fellowship. To be eligible for leave under this provision, an employee must be full-time and have at least two (2) years of service with FP (or a lesser time of service with supervisor approval). FP has the discretion to grant or deny any request for a fellowship leave.
iii. During the period of an approved leave under this paragraph 1(a), the employee will not accrue benefits, and the employee will be responsible for paying the full cost of the premiums for continued insurance, unless the employee and FP agree otherwise.
iv. An employee who is approved for a fellowship leave under this paragraph 1(a) must return to work on the date previously agreed-upon in writing between FP and the employee, unless FP and the employee have agreed in writing to extend the leave period. An employee who timely returns from an approved fellowship leave under this paragraph 1(a) will be entitled to return to his/her prior position with FP, if available, or to a comparable position with a salary that is no less than the salary the employee was receiving at the start of the leave. If an employee does not timely return to work from a leave granted under this paragraph 1(a), the employee will not be guaranteed a position with FP, and FP will have no obligation to reinstate the employee.
Fellowships. Fellows are temporary employees and have no expectation of continued employment by NYLAG at the end of their Fellowship term. NYLAG may also lay off a Fellow during their Fellowship term if their Fellowship program terminates the Fellow from their Fellowship program during their Fellowship term. If the terms and conditions of a Fellow’s Fellowship directly conflict with the terms of this collective bargaining agreement, the terms of their Fellowship apply.
Fellowships. Fellowships for studies in Denmark or other countries will be available for candidates duly selected and nominated by Cambodia subject to approval by Denmark.
Fellowships. In order to strengthen the Indo-European Studies, India has established a Tagore Research Fellowship on Indology and Indian Studies
Fellowships. If the fellowship period extends into a new calendar year, the employee will maintain his/her service eligibility for PTO leave minus any months of non-accrual during the fellowship period. This PTO time may be scheduled as mutually agreed between the employee and his/her immediate supervisor.
Fellowships. Fellowships. The granting of a paid professional leave generally will not jeopardize the applicant’s eligibility for receiving fellowships or other leaves of absence at later dates.
