Fines & Penalties. The following applies if Provider is capitated or Health Plan has delegated activities to Provider pursuant to a separate delegation addendum: Provider shall reimburse Health Plan for any fines, penalties or costs of corrective actions required of Health Plan by Governmental Authorities caused by Provider’s failure to comply with Laws or Program Requirements, including failure to submit accurate encounters on a timely basis or to properly perform delegated functions.
Fines & Penalties. Each Party shall have sole responsibility for the payment of any and all fines or other penalties incurred by or imposed upon such Party or its agents, suppliers, employees, or subcontractors for noncompliance by such Party, its agents, employees, suppliers, or subcontractors with Applicable Law to or in connection with, (i) in the case of Resource Provider, the development and construction of the Interconnection Facilities (other than PREPA Interconnection Facilities Work), and the development, construction, ownership and operation, maintenance or repair of the Facility, except to the extent that any act or omission of PREPA caused such noncompliance, and (ii) in the case of PREPA, the proper operation of the Grid System, except to the extent that any act or omission of Resource Provider caused such noncompliance, in each case as determined by applicable Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Facility, subject to the indemnification provisions of Article 13 (Indemnification).
Fines & Penalties. Lessee shall be responsible for any fines or penalties, which may be assessed by the FAA or the Transportation Security Administration against the City, to the extent any such fine or penalty is directly attributable to Lessee, its invitees, licensees or sublessees’ non-compliance with 14 CFR Part 139 or 49 CFR Part 1542 as may be amended from time to time, or any other federal or state regulation.
Fines & Penalties. Subject to Section 22, Tenant shall pay and discharge when due all other amounts and obligations which Tenant assumes or agrees to pay pursuant to this Lease.

Fines & Penalties. If a student fails to return the device, that student may be subject to criminal prosecution or civil liability. The student will also pay the replacement cost of the device, and/or the insurance deductible. Failure to return the device will result in a theft report being filed with Sandwich Police Department. Students who transfer, withdraw, are excluded, expelled, or terminate enrollment for any other reason must return the device on the date of termination. Devices must be returned in good, working condition as determined by school or district personnel. Compliance with trademark, copyright laws, and all license agreements is mandatory; ignorance of the law is not immunity. Fines & Penalties. A MEMBER can be fined for violation of this Agreement and specifically for non-support of the Code of Adult Conduct and requirements of teamwork. Fines and penalties can also be sanctioned by the OEC to any team, participant, or to this organization. Any OEC fine must be paid for by the individual fined, SGYF does not pay this fine for you or any Member in violation. It shall be the responsibility of the Head Coach to ensure this fine is paid direct to the OEC or SGYF. Members can be suspended if a fine is not paid, and could also affect the continued participation of the Member’s child/children. Specifically in the case of a team FORFEIT, this fine is the responsibility of the Head Coach.

Subject to the provisions of Section 12(c), of this Agreement, Company shall pay any fines or civil penalties for violations imposed on the Owner or Company by a regulatory agency having jurisdiction of the operation maintenance and management of the System including, but not limited to, violations of health and safety requirements or regulations, to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Company. Company shall be given full authority to contest such violations.
