FLAT ALLOWANCES. Flat allowances will remain fixed for the term of this Agreement. FLAT ALLOWANCES. A Flat Allowance is an allowance that is paid as a separate stand-alone payment to the All- Purpose Rate. For clarification, Flat Allowances will not be included when calculating overtime and any other penalty payments under this Enterprise Agreement. • Rotational Allowance is a flat allowance which applies to an Employee for each day worked on site and is applicable to only those Employees ordinarily engaged on a roster other than a Monday to Friday roster rotation. • Overnight Allowance is a flat allowance which applies when it is required of the Employee to overnight whilst engaged in Distant Site work and is applicable to only those Employees ordinarily engaged on a Monday to Friday roster rotation. • Over Cycle Allowance is a flat allowance that applies for each day the Employee works over the roster rotation whilst on site. This allowance will be paid only to those Employees engaged on a roster other than a Monday to Friday roster rotation. • International Travel Allowance is a flat allowance which applies to an Employee when required to perform work in a country other than Australia. This allowance applies from the day of departure from Australia and ends on the day of return to Australia. This allowance does not apply to Employees attending international based training. • High Risk Location Allowance is a flat allowance that applies when an Employee is working on an international assignment and the location is deemed to be a high risk location. This allowance applies from the day of departure from Australia and ends on the day of return to Australia. • Tool Allowance is a flat allowance paid to Employees if they are expected to supply their own hand tools then the tool allowance will apply. Employees must supply all tools listed on the Tool Allowance Guideline to receive the Tool Allowance. Specialist and power tools will be supplied by EXFS as required. • On-Call Allowance is a flat allowance paid to those Employees assigned by their Supervisor to be on On-Call per day. An Employee On-Call is one that is ready to return to work if called back to work for the periods between the end of their normal shift and the beginning of their next shift on the following day.   • Shift Allowances (a) An Employee whilst on afternoon or night shift must be paid for such shift 15% more than the Employee’s ordinary rate.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Meal Allowances Employees assigned to be in travel status between the employee's temporary or permanent work station and a field assignment shall be reimbursed for the actual cost of meals including a reasonable gratuity. Employees must meet the following conditions to be eligible for meal reimbursement:

  • Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Tool Allowances The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment required to perform the work.

  • Other Allowances The District shall pay to each teacher appointed by the District to the following positions, the Allowance respectively set forth opposite each such position, namely: Effective September 1, 2008

  • Expense Allowances A Teacher shall be reimbursed each month for authorized out-of-pocket expenses upon presentation of appropriate receipts and documents.

  • Transport Allowance In partial modification of Clause 10 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 2nd June 2005, Transport Allowance shall be paid as under with effect from 1st November, 2007. Clerical and Subordinate Staff Upto 15th stage of the scale of Pay - Rs. 225/- per month 16th stage of the scale of Pay and above - Rs. 275/- per month Note:

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.
