For Drivers. Aides who use their own vehicles in the performance of school business, the District shall provide secondary coverage, which would take effect when the Driver’s/Aide’s own insurance limits are exceeded. In case of an accident where a Driver/Aide is found not to be at fault, the District shall reimburse up to a $500 deductible upon receipt of a voucher from the Driver’s/Aide’s personal automobile insurance carrier, indicating the amount of said deductible and a paid receipt. This in no way obligates the District’s insurance carrier to provide coverage for the event period.

For Drivers. Medical requirements applied by the Company shall not exceed those applied by the Department of Transport as it relates to licences. In the event that a driver loses his driver's licence as a result of the medical requirement applied by the Department of Transport, then he shall retain his terminal seniority for work preference and layoff, and may bump into whatever department his seniority and qualifications entitle him to.
For Drivers. Section 13.4. Due consideration will be given employees' choice of vacation time, but all vacations scheduled are subject to the final approval of the Company in keeping with the Company's scheduling needs. In the event that two or more employees cannot be released at the same time, the employee with the longest service with the Company will be given preference. An employee who notifies the Company of a vacation choice thirty (30) days in advance shall not lose that vacation choice to another employee. Vacations may not be scheduled for periods of less than a week, except as provided herein, and all vacations must be taken within an anniversary year. An employee eligible for two or more weeks may schedule one week of that employee's vacation entitlement in increments of less than one week; provided, however, such time off must be scheduled at least two working days in advance and may not be used to excuse an absence on the day before or the day after a holiday.
For Drivers. 2 (a) By relying on the DispatchTrack Data, the 3 Settlement Administrator will calculate the total number of Drivers Workweeks for 4 each Driver, and will also calculate the aggregate total number of Drivers 5 Workweeks. 6 (b) By relying on the DispatchTrack Data, the 7 Settlement Administrator will also calculate the total number of Drivers PAGA Pay 8 Periods worked by each PAGA Group Member who worked as a Driver during the 9 PAGA Period, and the aggregate total number of Drivers PAGA Pay Periods. 10 (c) The Drivers Class Fund will be divided by the 11 aggregate total number of Drivers Workweeks, resulting in the “Workweek Value 12 for Drivers.” Each Individual Settlement Share for Drivers will be calculated by 13 multiplying each individual driver’s total number of Drivers Workweeks by the 15 (d) The Settlement Administrator will use the following 16 formula to calculate each Individual Driver’s PAGA Share: The Drivers PAGA 17 Fund will be divided by the aggregate total number of Drivers PAGA Pay Periods, 18 resulting in the “PAGA Pay Period Value for Drivers.” Each Individual PAGA 19 Share for Drivers will be calculated by multiplying each individual Driver’s total 20 number of Drivers PAGA Pay Periods by the PAGA Pay Period Value for Drivers. 21 (e) The Individual Settlement Share for Drivers will be 22 reduced by the share of any employee payroll taxes with respect to the wage portion 23 of the Individual Settlement Share for Drivers. 24 (f) The Settlement Administrator will add, as 25 applicable, each Individual Settlement Share for Drivers and Individual PAGA 26 Share for Drivers to obtain the Individual Settlement Payment for Drivers. 27

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week.
