For Local. Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic originating from Focal that is delivered over the Transit Service ("Transit Traffic") (1) Focal shall (A) Pay to Ameritech a Transit Service charge as set forth in the Pricing Schedule; and (B) Reimburse Ameritech for any charges, including switched access charges, that a third party T Or, IT PC or CMRS provider with whom Ameritech does not have a Transit Service agreement similar to that set forth in this Section imposes or levies on Ameritech for delivery or termination of any such Transit Traffic. (2) Ameritech shall remit to Focal any access charges Ameritech receives from such third party LEC, IT PC or CMRS provider in connection with the delivery of such Transit Traffic.

For Local. Exchange Traffic between the Parties, neither Party's end user customers shall be required to dial any access codes or other special or extra digits to reach the end user customers of the other Party.
For Local. It is agreed that the present provisions of each Col- lective Agreement relating to Notice to Bargain for amendments to be incorporated into the renewal of this Collective Agreement shall be amended to the extent necessary to provide that such notice may be given by either party to the other not earlier than three (3) calendar months prior to the normal termination date of this Collective Agreement. They shall be further amended by adding thereto the following: Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, in the event the parties to this Agreement agree to negotiate for its renewal through the process of central bargaining, either party to this Agreement may give notice to the other party of its desire to bargain for amendments on local matters proposed for incorporation in the renewal of this Agreement not earlier than six (6) calendar months nor later than three (3) calendar months prior to the normal termination date of this Agreement. Upon receipt of such notice by one party from the other, both parties will meet within fifteen (15) days thereafter for the purpose of bargaining on local matters. It is understood and agreed that 'local matters' means those matters which have been determined by mutual agreement between the Central Negotiating Committees respectively representing each of the parties to this Agreement as being subjects for local bargaining directly between the parties to this Agreement. It is also agreed that local bargaining shall be subject to such proceedings as may be determined by mutual agreement between the Central Negotiating Committees referred to above. The Hospital and Union shall equally share the cost of printing the Collective Agreement.   • Current Locations The chief executive office of each Company is located at the address set forth in Schedule 2 hereto.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.
