Friendly. He did a great job servicing my alarm system and took plenty of time to explain everything clearly even though it was late in the day and he probably would rather have gone home. I will ask for him every time I need work done at my house. Your company is lucky to have him working for you.” Happy Customer xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx | MARCH 0000 XXXXXXXXXX XXX Volunteers with Habitat for Humanity Last August, the Northwest Arkansas office helped Habitat for Humanity frame a home for a family in need. Ad- vanced was called on short notice when Habitat for Humanity had a crew cancel on them which put them behind sched- ule. The organization reached out to several BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) members asking for some extra help. The Advanced team wasted no time jumping on board to help Habitat for Humanity stay on schedule. Advanced is the first in- tegrator that Gamewell-FCI has asked to hold a breakout session at their conference. “Being asked to speak on behalf of the company was a huge honor and it was exciting to be able to share more about who we are, as a team, and how we do what we do with other companies similar to us,” said Xxxxxxx. Advanced looks forward to similar future opportuni- ties with Gamewell-FCI. MARCH 2018 NEWSLETTER | xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx kicked off his career with Ad- vanced Cabling in May of 2015 as Service De- partment Manag- er. Unfortunately, Advanced couldn’t get ahold of any pictures of him partaking in the sport. Xxxx intends to pick up rowing as a hobby this spring. In honor of Brad’s achievement as employee spotlight, we asked him some fun questions to help us get to know him a little better!

Friendly. These cats are the easiest to place in a home. Most friendlies are either strays or have been recently abandoned and seek human interaction and want to be touched. Friendlies approach humans readily, they do not regress when introduced to different people or environments. **Please note: You have not failed if the cat you are working with cannot be socialized for adoption. What you may think is best for a feral or semi-feral cat may not always be in the best interest of the cat. We need to respect the unique ways and manners of the cat. ADVERTISE through friends, neighbors, and local veterinarians first; then try the newspaper, if all else fails. NEVER advertise “free kitten.” Your chances of finding a good home are increased when you check references with someone you know. Personally interview all applicants. Visit the prospective new home in order to get a feel for the environment in which the cat will be living. Always be mindful of your own safety when you go to interview potential adopters or if you allow a prospective adopter to enter your home.
