Full Time Release. 65.1 ANAHEIM agrees to release the President of the APA on full-time basis during the term of this Agreement. The parties agree to the following conditions with respect to the full time release program:

Full Time Release. An employee on full-time Union release shall remain an employee of the Employer and accrue full benefits and seniority as so entitled but shall be placed on a leave of absence without pay. Bargaining unit employees who are on full-time leave for Union business may continue their benefit coverage, provided they pay the full employee cost of the coverage and provided the Union pays the employer cost of benefits. Upon the completion of full-time Union release time, the employee shall return to an equivalent position they are qualified to fill, based on seniority, in the area of their certification or the type of work they were engaged in before taking Union release.

Bargaining unit members requesting this leave shall notify the Employer no later than June 30 when they intend to take full-time union release for the subsequent school year.
Full Time Release. 12.1 The Employer agrees to provide a full-time leave of absence from employment with no loss of service or seniority for an Employee in the bargaining unit who is elected to the position of President or Executive Vice-President of the Union, for the duration of the term of office. Such Employee who is elected to the position of President or Executive Vice President of the Union shall remain on the Employer's payroll, and the Employer shall xxxx the Union on a bi-weekly basis for all salary, benefit and pension costs.
Full Time Release. The Employer agrees to provide a full-time leave of absence from employment with no loss of service or seniority for an Employee in the bargaining unit who is elected to the position of Principal Officer as defined by the Society’s Constitution for the duration of the term of office. Such Employee who is elected to the position of a Principal Officer as defined by the Society’s Constitution, shall remain on the Employer’s payroll, and the Employer shall invoice the Society on a bi-weekly basis for all wages, benefits, and all other appropriate costs. Upon return to work the Employee shall be reinstated to previous position they will be provided with any legislatively-mandated required training.

  • Full-Time Nurse A nurse who is hired on a permanent basis and who normally works seven (7) hours per day on a thirty-five (35) hour week, normally Monday to Friday unless specifically hired to work an alternate schedule.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Full-Time Employment A full-time Employee is one who is engaged to work 38 hours per week or an average of 38 hours per week pursuant to clause 26(a) of the Agreement.
