4) Infrastructure developments reflecting the significant increase in the number of community staff and integration of teams across health and social care.

6) Local staffing to support the implementation of these major service developments

FUNDING DETAILS. Subject to the terms of this Community Housing Assistance Agreement and the requirements of the Act, the parties agree that the Corporation will provide Funding to the Provider as set out in Schedule 2 in accordance with the Payment Methodology set out in Schedule 3, or as otherwise notified by the Corporation during the term of this Agreement.

Final report due: Insert date Creative Director Honorarium and Capital Budget The Funds for the Legacy showcase are comprised of a Creative Director honorarium, and an approved capital budget. The Creative Director honorarium is thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00), excluding GST, that will cover everything from concept to showcase delivery, and You are solely responsible for deciding how and to what extent Your honorarium is to be paid to any design team members, consultants, collaborators or any other person or entity. The Capital Budget funds are to be used for the implementation and delivery of the Legacy showcase. The capital budget has a maximum limit of up to thirty five thousand dollars ($35,000.00), excluding GST. The actual budget is determined by The Swayn and will be agreed in writing between You and The Swayn. You agree that the Capital Budget funds will be used by You to undertake every aspect and detail involved in the delivery, including any installations, of the Legacy showcase, and will include, for example, items such as venue costs, shipping, accommodation, travel expenses and the like. You agree to use the approved Capital Budget funds and undertake the Legacy showcase only in accordance with the following budget and any funding conditions detailed in this Item C. FUNDING DETAILS. Because of the broad purpose and scope of this grant, each proposal will be individually evaluated regarding funding opportunities and awards. Grants will cover the cost of roundtrip airfare between Oregon and Baden‐Württemberg not exceeding 1,350 EUR and will include a daily stipend of 135 EUR, for up to 7 days. For participants from Oregon: Flights are to be booked in accordance with IE3 Global and Oregon State University’s Travel Policy and Travel Management Company partner. For participants from Baden‐Württemberg: Flights are to be booked in accordance with the regulations of the Baden‐Württemberg business travel law (Landesreisekostengesetz) and with the regulations of the sending university, respectively. Eligible candidates include professors, instructors, administrators, or advisors representing an academic department at any of the participating universities in Oregon and Baden‐Württemberg. Graduate Teaching Assistants and similar student positions are not eligible. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate a commitment to higher education in Oregon and Baden‐Württemberg and are in a position to advance the purpose and goals of the Oregon/Baden‐ Württemberg exchange program within their department or institution, and have an evident ability and desire to support and encourage student participation in the exchange program – particularly in underserved academic areas or diverse student populations. Successful candidates will also have the support of their academic department and their institution’s International Programs Office.

FUNDING DETAILS. (a) Per annum Funding is as follows: Base Subsidy $1,919.50 per Eligible Child Gap Fee Subsidy Up to the Funding Cap per Eligible Child. The amount paid by Us will be the parent fee component of the kindergarten program, based on the Out of Pocket Cost after applying Child Care Subsidy and any discounts. Service Location Early Childhood Teacher Subsidy $383 per Eligible Child in Outer Regional Services with base funding of $8,426 for Services with less than 22 eligible enrolments. $997.40 per Eligible Child in Remote Services with base funding of $21,942.80 for Services with less than 22 eligible enrolments. $1,438.70 per Eligible Child in Very Remote Services with base funding of $31,651.40 for Services with less than 22 eligible enrolments. Per Capita Subsidy $1,410 per Eligible Child.
