This service will be provided for a fee to any person within the Subject Property requesting the service after the Effective Date of annexation, provided that a privately owned solid waste management

Municipal Court and General Administration services will also be available to property owners and residents in the Subject Property on the same basis those facilities are available to current City property owners and residents. (7) Maintenance of other City facilities, buildings and service. (8) Land use regulation as follows: On the effective date of annexation, the zoning jurisdiction of the City shall be extended to include the Subject Property. It is the City’s intent to zone the subject property at the Owner’s request in a manner that is consistent with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council will consider the applicant’s request to process a zoning application and zone the Subject Property for such use and development following final annexation of the Subject Property. The Owner shall apply for and obtain zoning for the Subject Property prior to proceeding with the plat...
General Municipal Services. The parties to this agreement recognize their mutual responsibility to the public to provide transportation services at the least possible cost. Accordingly, it is agreed that the following services may only be appropriately performed by the City: a. Tax assessment, billing, collection, and receipting. b. Review and coordination of public transit plans into the overall city planning process c. Official City Clerk responsibilities and services for processing AAATA matters requiring City Council review or approval. For these services, AAATA agrees to pay to the City 1.0% of the annual millage for transportation purposes at the time of collection of taxes. AAATA will undertake to evaluate additional required services annually, and to use City services where it is clearly established that this is the most economical and effective method of procuring them.

  • Municipal Services Commencing on the effective date of annexation, the City will provide the municipal services set forth below. As used in this Agreement, “providing services” includes having services provided by any method or means by which the City may extend municipal services to any other area of the City.

  • General Services JHSS shall be responsible for administering and/or performing the customary services of a transfer agent and dividend disbursing agent; acting as service agent in connection with dividend and distribution functions; and for performing shareholder account and administrative agent functions in connection with the issuance, transfer and redemption or repurchase (including coordination with the Custodian) of Shares of each Fund, as more fully described in Schedule 1 - Duties of JHSS attached hereto and made part hereof, and in accordance with the terms of the Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information of the Fund, applicable laws and the procedures established from time to time between the Fund and JHSS.

  • Legal Services If this Agreement is for legal services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall: (i) adhere to legal cost and billing guidelines designated by the JBE; (ii) adhere to litigation plans designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iii) adhere to case phasing of activities designated by the JBE, if applicable; (iv) submit and adhere to legal budgets as designated by the JBE; (v) maintain legal malpractice insurance in an amount not less than the amount designated by the JBE; and (vi) submit to legal bill audits and law firm audits if so requested by the JBE, whether conducted by employees or designees of the JBE or by any legal cost-control provider retained by the JBE for that purpose. Contractor may be required to submit to a legal cost and utilization review as determined by the JBE. If (a) the Contract Amount is greater than $50,000, (b) the legal services are not the legal representation of low- or middle-income persons, in either civil, criminal, or administrative matters, and (c) the legal services are to be performed within California, then Contractor agrees to make a good faith effort to provide a minimum number of hours of pro xxxx legal services, or an equivalent amount of financial contributions to qualified legal services projects and support centers, as defined in section 6213 of the Business and Professions Code, during each year of the Agreement equal to the lesser of either (A) thirty (30) multiplied by the number of full time attorneys in the firm’s offices in California, with the number of hours prorated on an actual day basis for any period of less than a full year or (B) the number of hours equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract Amount divided by the average billing rate of the firm. Failure to make a good faith effort may be cause for nonrenewal of this Agreement or another judicial branch or other state contract for legal services, and may be taken into account when determining the award of future contracts with a Judicial Branch Entity for legal services.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include: (a) administering, managing and maintaining Party A’s information application system and website system infrastructure; (b) providing system optimization plans and implementing optimization features; (c) assuring the security and reliability of the website application systems; (d) procuring, installing and supporting the relevant products produced by Party B, and providing training in the use of those products; (e) managing and maintaining all network and providing technologies to assure the reliability and efficiency thereof; (f) providing information technology services and assuring the reliable operation of the information infrastructure.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider.   • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Xxxxxxx’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe Xxxxxxx’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
