GIVEAWAYS. Any inserts or giveaways accepted from an exhibitor must contain the sponsor’s logo in a conspicuous location. These regulations become a part of the contract between the Exhibitor and LatinPointe. The Exhibitor must comply with and be bound by all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the state, county, and city, and wherever applicable, of the police and fire departments. LatinPointe reserve the right to accept Exhibitor applications only from those whose goals are consistent with those of the Vegas Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx 2022. These regulations have been formulated in the best interest of all concerned. LatinPointe respectfully asks for the full cooperation of the Exhibitors in their observance. All points not covered are subject to the decision of LatinPointe’s Exhibits Coordinator.
GIVEAWAYS. Exhibitor shall not giveaway or handout any t-shirt(s) or hat(s) during the event. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any violation may result in confiscation of product(s), expulsion from the park, exclusion from future events and forfeiture of all fees paid.
GIVEAWAYS. In addition to any agency materials and educational handouts, please describe any “freebies” and/or food you will be handing out. Please note, this is a healthy event, so items such as candy will not be permitted.

GIVEAWAYS. No exhibitor may advertise or distribute tickets for prizes or give-a-ways which are contingent upon a purchase or conduct any promotions with obligations imposed.
GIVEAWAYS. Giveaways (other than Prohibited Giveaways) of products or services related to repairs are permitted provided they are for a value of $25.00 CAD or less. You are not permitted to provide:
(i) Giveaways of products and services related to repairs that exceed a value of $25.00 CAD; or (ii)
GIVEAWAYS. The winner will be notified by Sponsor as set forth below in the “Notification” section, and will be eligible to win the Giveaway disclosed by Sponsor prior to the start of each Giveaway. Participants will also have their given name, first initial of their surname, location and Giveaway won displayed in the app under the winner list. Giveaways are not transferable or substitutable, must be accepted as awarded, and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified. Giveaway values are listed in USD in all cases, unless specified otherwise. In the event any element of any Giveaway becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered to the winner for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor, Sponsor shall provide a substitute Giveaway in its sole discretion. Each Giveaway will have its own description of the potential Giveaways, as well as additional rules, restrictions and conditions that pertain to that specific Giveaway and Giveaway. Potential winners must use the same mobile phone number they signed up to the App with when filling out and completing all required paperwork in order to obtain their Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or cancel any Giveaway of a potential winner if the phone number provided in the documentation from the potential winner does not match the phone number of their account at sign up. YOU MAY ONLY WIN THE SAME GIVEAWAY ONCE. IN THE EVENT THAT A POTENTIAL WINNER WINS THE SAME GIVEAWAY THEY HAVE WON IN A PREVIOUS GIVEAWAY, THE SPONSOR WILL FORFEIT THE GIVEAWAY AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RELIST THE GIVEAWAY ON THE APP. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO WIN ONE (1) GIVEAWAY PER 24- HOUR PERIOD. IF A POTENTIAL WINNER WINS TWO (2) OR MORE GIVEAWAYS WITHIN A 24-HOUR PERIOD, THE SPONSOR WILL FORFEIT THE GIVEAWAY AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RELIST THE GIVEAWAY ON THE APP. Sponsor reserves the right to block, disable or blacklist any user suspected of fraudulent activity. GIVEAWAYS. Giveaways and giveaway items (pens, key chains, pencils, balloons, etc.) must be approved in advance by Fair Management. Applications to conduct giveaways must be submitted to the Administration Office at least 14 days before opening day. An application form is provided in the back of this manual. HELIUM BALLOONS AND STICKY-BACKED GIVEWAY ITEMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. VENDOR SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY RAFFLE, CHANCE DRAWING, LOTTERY OR OTHER GAME OF CHANCE WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT OF CCFA AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING APPROVAL OF THE WASHINGTON STATE GAMBLING COMMISSION. The aisles, passageways and overhead space remain under the control of the CCFA and no signs, decorations, banners, advertising or exhibits will be permitted in those areas, except upon prior written permission of Fair Management. Signs may not extend into the aisles and must be confined to the booth area. Distribution of brochures or promotional materials may be handed out from the assigned space only.
GIVEAWAYS. Generally employee’s giving away a shift under the collective agreement will be considered as unavailable for a shift on the same day.
