GIVEAWAYS. The State of Wisconsin requires that EAA, as the host of AirVenture, obtain and maintain information on any giveaway promotions by any entity or individual taking place during AirVenture. Because EAA must comply with Wisconsin law, and given EAA also wishes to serve EAA members and AirVenture attendees who inquire as to the winners of a particular giveaway, EAA requires all Exhibitors register any and all giveaway promotions with the Exhibit Office and timely advise EAA of the winner(s) name(s), once determined.
GIVEAWAYS. Any inserts or giveaways accepted from an exhibitor must contain the sponsor’s logo in a conspicuous location. These regulations become a part of the contract between the Exhibitor and LatinPointe. The Exhibitor must comply with and be bound by all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the state, county, and city, and where ever applicable, of the police and fire departments. LatinPointe reserve the right to accept Exhibitor applications only from those whose goals are consistent with those of the Vegas Tejano Music Week. These regulations have been formulated in the best interest of all concerned. LatinPointe respectfully asks for the full cooperation of the Exhibitors in their observance. All points not covered are subject to the decision of LatinPointe’s Exhibits Coordinator.
GIVEAWAYS. In addition to any agency materials and educational handouts, please describe any “freebies” and/or food you will be handing out. Please note, this is a healthy event, so items such as candy will not be permitted.
GIVEAWAYS. Exhibitor shall not giveaway or handout any t-shirt(s) or hat(s) during the event. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any violation may result in confiscation of product(s), expulsion from the park, exclusion from future events and forfeiture of all fees paid.
GIVEAWAYS. No exhibitor may advertise or distribute tickets for prizes or give-a-ways which are contingent upon a purchase or conduct any promotions with obligations imposed.
GIVEAWAYS. 1. Employees may “giveaway” a scheduled shift to another employee, as per the following. Full-time (with more than 1 year of service) Must utilize a vacation day or a saved stat day to do so. If an employee does not have any vacation entitlement remaining or does not have any saved stats in their bank, a giveaway is not permitted. Full-time (with less than 1 year seniority): 12 Giveaways every year Part-time: 12 Giveaways every year All Employees: Cannot giveaway more than 2 consecutive shifts
GIVEAWAYS. Coordinate shipment and distribution of Local brochures, give-a-ways and information for on-site usage. Conference bags, ribbons, badge holders and similar items.
GIVEAWAYS. Employees are permitted to give away a maximum of seven (7) shifts per year with a maximum of two (2) shift giveaways in any one month. Such requests will be submitted in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the posting of the schedule in which the give-away is being requested. In extraordinary circumstances the Employer will consider requests made with less notice. Employees requesting the give-away must advise who is accepting the shift when submitting the request.
GIVEAWAYS. Employees who wish to use vacation time to “giveaway” shifts should refer to Article 13.08.
GIVEAWAYS. Generally employee’s giving away a shift under the collective agreement will be considered as unavailable for a shift on the same day. In the event the Employer is required to call-in, employees absent on a giveaway day will be called only when there is no one else available on regular time.
