GIVEAWAYS. The State of Wisconsin requires that EAA, as the host of AirVenture, obtain and maintain information on any giveaway promotions by any entity or individual taking place during AirVenture. Because EAA must comply with Wisconsin law, and given EAA also wishes to serve EAA members and AirVenture attendees who inquire as to the winners of a particular giveaway, EAA requires all Exhibitors register any and all giveaway promotions with the Exhibit Office and timely advise EAA of the winner(s) name(s), once determined.
GIVEAWAYS. Any inserts or giveaways accepted from an exhibitor must contain the sponsor’s logo in a conspicuous location. These regulations become a part of the contract between the Exhibitor and LatinPointe. The Exhibitor must comply with and be bound by all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the state, county, and city, and wherever applicable, of the police and fire departments. LatinPointe reserve the right to accept Exhibitor applications only from those whose goals are consistent with those of the Vegas Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx 2022. These regulations have been formulated in the best interest of all concerned. LatinPointe respectfully asks for the full cooperation of the Exhibitors in their observance. All points not covered are subject to the decision of LatinPointe’s Exhibits Coordinator.
GIVEAWAYS. Exhibitor shall not giveaway or handout any t-shirt(s) or hat(s) during the event. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any violation may result in confiscation of product(s), expulsion from the park, exclusion from future events and forfeiture of all fees paid.

GIVEAWAYS. Vendors may conduct giveaways and drawings provided the giveaways and drawings do not require payment, purchase, or placing an order for purchase to win. Fair market value of prizes must be less than $600. Vendor assumes all applicable tax withholding responsibilities. Vendor must be authorized by the Council, in advance, to conduct a giveaway or drawing. Council employees, officers, and directors are ineligible to win. Vendor shall hold the drawing at a time that does not interfere or compete with Council events in session. Vendor agrees to indemnify the Council from any claims arising out of Vendor’s administration of the drawing. The Council may prohibit or discontinue any giveaway or drawing at any time.

GIVEAWAYS. The winner will be notified by Sponsor as set forth below in the “Notification” section, and will be eligible to win the Giveaway disclosed by Sponsor prior to the start of each Giveaway.
