GRIEVANCE AND DISPUTES. 8.1 A grievance shall be defined as a dispute or disagreement raised by an employee against the City involving the interpretation or application of the specific provisions of this agreement. It is specifically understood that any matters governed by the State Statute or City Charter provisions shall not be considered grievances and are not subject to the grievance procedure hereinafter set forth.

GRIEVANCE AND DISPUTES. Section 1.06 During the term of this Agreement, there shall be no stoppage of work, either by strike or lockout, because of any proposed changes in this Agreement or dispute over matters relating to this Agreement. All such matters must be handled as stated herein.

  • Complaints and Disputes 28.1. If the Client wishes to report a complaint, he must send an email to the Company with the completed “Complaints Form” found on the Website. The Company will try to resolve it without undue delay and according to the Company’s Complaints Procedure for Clients.
