Grievance Discussions. Discussions at all steps of this process will take place at a place and time mutually agreed to by the Union and the University.
Grievance Discussions. Grievance discussions or grievance meetings shall not take the teacher away from his or her regular responsibilities in student-centered activities.
Grievance Discussions. A. Supervisors and members of Management will make every reasonable effort to be availabe to discuss grievances at reasonable times during non-working hours. B. The Company or the Union may request that the grieved party be present at grieveance meetings. If either party request that the grieved employee be present at the grievance meeting, such date and time shall be mutually agreeable between the parties as to provide the grieved employee the opportunity to attend the meeting. The grieved party shall be paid by the Company for time spent at plant grievance meetings.
Grievance Discussions. Employees acting as representatives of the Union, when necessary and with prior consent of the Company, may discuss grievances with the Company during their working hours without loss of pay, but no employee not scheduled to work during the hours of discussion of grievances shall be paid by the Company for the time devoted to such discussions.
Grievance Discussions. Board members during their working hours, without loss of time or pay, may present grievances to representatives of the City in accordance with the Grievance Procedure or investigate grievances that have been filed, provided they receive approval in advance from their immediate supervisor and, provided further, that, if necessary and in those cases where a replacement is required, they will wait until such replacement is acquired. It is understood that such replacement will not require any overtime pay for the City.
