Grievance on Safety. An employee, or a group of employees, who is required to work under unsafe or unhealthy conditions shall have the right to file a grievance in the third step of the grievance procedure for preferred handling.
Grievance on Safety. An employee, or a group of employees, who are required to work under what the employee or group of employees consider to be unsafe or unhealthy conditions, shall forthwith notify their immediate manager who shall immediately investigate the situation, following the policies and guidelines of the Health and Safety manual. If the outcome is not satisfactory they shall have the right to file a grievance at the second step of the grievance procedure for preferred handling. However, the twenty business day time frame for submission of the grievance shall still apply.

Failing satisfactory resolution of the unsafe or unhealthy conditions, an Employee or group of Employees shall have the right to file a grievance at Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure. A copy of said grievance shall, at the time of filing, be provided to the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Grievance on Safety. It is the responsibility of the employee to immediately advise his/her supervisor of any possible unsafe working condition. Alternatively, the employee may advise his/her Xxxxxxx of the alleged unsafe working condition wherein it becomes the Xxxxxxx'x responsibility to immediately inform the appropriate supervisor.
