Health and Medical Care. The Service Provider shall comply with written policies and procedures for appropriately addressing the health needs of ICE detainees. Written policies and procedures shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a. Policies and procedures for accessing 24-hour emergency medical care for ICE detainees. b. Policies and procedures for prompt summoning of emergency medical personnel. c. Policies and procedures for evacuation of detainees, if deemed necessary by qualified medical personnel. d. Policies, procedures, and post procedures for duty officers to ensure that medical emergencies are recognized and promptly attended to. e. The Service Provider shall notify the COTR and/or alternate COTR of all detainee requests for the need of medical treatment. These requests shall be addressed with urgency.

I hereby represent and warrant that I am, and will be, covered throughout the Program by a policy of comprehensive health and accident insurance, which provides comprehensive health and accident insurance for injuries and illnesses I may sustain or experience in connection with my participation in the Program and that I may be living in shared housing/lodging with other students while participating in the Program. I have consulted with a medical doctor with regards to my personal medical/health needs. I am aware of all of my personal medical/health needs. There are no medical/health-related reasons or problems that preclude or restrict my participation in the Program. B.) I hereby represent and warrant that my health insurance policy will adequately cover me during my participation in the Program. I acknowledge and recognize that XXXX College of Art and Design is not obligated to attend to any of my medical or medication needs, and I assume all risk and responsibility therefore. If I require medical treatment or hospital care during my participation in the Program, the College is not responsible for the cost or quality of such treatment or care. The College may (but is not obligated to) take any action(s) it considers to be warranted under the circumstances regarding my health and safety. I agree to pay all expenses related thereto and hereby release the College, its officers, trustees, directors, employees and agents from any liability for any such actions.

Winter holiday pay for additional work can be arranged and paid through Party A if Party B requests. If some important activities of Party A happen to be on holidays, the employee will attend as well and Party A shall make up the holiday(s) or pay for him/her. the employee is not allowed to ask for leave of tour except in holidays.

  • Medical Care The Parents must comply with the School Welfare Officer's recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to his / her education guardian when s/he is unwell.

  • Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.

  • Family Care and Medical Leave An unpaid Family Care and Medical Leave shall be granted, to the extent of and subject to the restrictions as set forth below, to an employee who has been employed for at least twelve (12) months and who has served for 130 workdays during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the effective date of the leave. For purposes of this Section, furlough days and days worked during off-basis time shall count as "workdays". Family Care and Medical Leave absences of twenty (20) consecutive working days or less can be granted by the immediate administrator or designee.   • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.

  • Child Care The County will continue to support the concept of non-profit child care facilities similar to the “Kid’s at Work” program established in the Public Works Department.

  • Family and Medical Leave The Employer shall provide employees with the benefits of the Family and Medical Leave Act on a fair and equitable basis in accordance with applicable law and regulation.

  • Medical Care Leave An Employee who is unable to make the necessary arrangements for maintenance of personal health care outside of scheduled work time, shall be granted time off with pay. Such time off shall not exceed sixteen (16) working hours per calendar year. Hours in excess of sixteen (16) hours per calendar year shall be deducted from the Employee's sick leave accumulation.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Family and Medical Leave (FMLA FMLA leave shall be granted pursuant to applicable law.

  • Health Care Operations “Health Care Operations” shall have the same meaning as the term “health care operations” in 45 CFR §164.501.
