Shared Housing. Contractor, in a professional manner will provide shared housing for County consumers transitioning from a higher level of care back into the community or those at risk of requiring a higher level of care. Contractor will provide for basic housing needs to prevent homelessness or admission into a higher level of care, including psychiatric inpatient hospitalization. Additional homemaker services may be provided and will include supervision, cooking skills instruction, cleaning, shopping, and medication compliance. Contractor agrees to comply with any and all directives of the HHSA Director and her/his designee, regarding placement.

The trash bins can be emptied into a larger trash barrel outside underneath the deck. The large blue trash container in the back yard will be emptied every 2 weeks. In addition, before you check out of the Scholar House please make sure to take with you all of your personal belongings and discard any food items you may have left in the kitchen. Please be advised that since the International Scholar House is a shared facility all guests are collectively responsible for house rules and informing each other about any health issues that may impact this shared space. Due to U.S. privacy laws, ISSS cannot disclose the medical condition of any guest, so we rely on each guest to inform housemates of their condition and work out an acceptable solution.   • Affordable Housing Owner shall set aside and reserve ten percent (10%) of the total multifamily residential units located in the Project as affordable housing units consistent with the terms set forth herein, for Income Eligible Residents earning in the aggregate no more than sixty percent (60%) of AMI. To that end, no fewer than the number of multifamily units in the Project set forth in the table below shall, pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Land Use Restriction Agreement (i.e., the “XXXX”) in substantially the form attached hereto as “Attachment 1” to this Schedule P and incorporated herein by reference.
