Health Plan Task Force. In the event that a health provider bidding program results in benefit modifications during the term of this Agreement or if other benefit modifications are necessary and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement (with specific reference to Article 12 and Article 14), Article 9, Section 2 entitled “Insurance” shall be re- opened. The County will convene a Task Force of employee representatives and managers to discuss health care options.
Health Plan Task Force. A joint union-management committee with equal representation of management and the union shall be established. This Task Force shall be a standing committee and will meet on a mutually- agreed upon schedule (at least quarterly) to consider issues of health care delivery to employees.
