Holidays - Scheduled. Off For each designated holiday, an employee will be excused from work on such day at the discretion of the President & CEO or designee. If one (1) of the designated holidays mentioned in Section 33.1, above, occurs while an employee is on vacation leave, such day shall not be charged against vacation leave.
