Hot Meals. Where Maintenance, Repair or Construction Employees are required to work two (2) hours or more overtime beyond their normal shift, at the request of the Employee, the Company will provide a hot meal for consumption at the site.
Hot Meals. An employee who begins work on a scheduled shift and is then required to work unscheduled overtime in excess of one hour, will be given one-half hour off with pay to obtain a hot meal which the Company will provide if practicable. If it is not practicable to provide a hot meal, the Company will provide a cold meal. Every four hours thereafter, the Company will supply a lunch and hot beverage.
Hot Meals. When an employee is required to work one (1) hour or more beyond his scheduled shift or day of work, he will be provided a hot meal or a meal ticket. An employee required to work five (5) hours or more beyond his scheduled shift. or day of work will be eligible for an additional hot meal or a meal ticket, and a hot meal or a meal ticket will be provided every four (4) hours thereafter until the employee is relieved from the overtime work assignment. Hot Meals. The establishment shall provide residents with three (3) full, hot meals (breakfast, lunch and supper). The establishment shall implement alternative measures for residents who are not in a position to take their meals during cafeteria opening hours. It shall consult the association ahead of time as to the measures to be implemented. A night-time meal shall be offered by the establishment to the resident on night call.

Production Employees working in conjunction with or assisting Maintenance Employees and who work two (2) or more hours of overtime beyond their regular shift will be entitled to a hot meal as provided in Section 9 if the Maintenance Employees with whom they are working become entitled to a hot meal. The Company will ensure that a hot meal will be provided whenever possible. However, where the provision of a hot meal is considered impractical, Employees will be paid the equivalent of one (1) hour's pay at rate and one-half in lieu of both the hot meal and the time required to consume the meal. For the purpose of this agreement rate and one-half will be calculated at the regular hourly rate of pay the Employee is receiving for the overtime work being performed.
Hot Meals. 23.01 An employee who is required to work more than one (1) hour beyond the end of his regular shift will be provided with a hot meal. If he continues to work, a meal which shall be hot if available, shall be provided every four (4) hours thereafter. An employee may elect to take a voucher valued at $11.00 in lieu of a hot meal.
