HOSTING AND SUPPORT. Allied Universal reserves the right to arrange for third party hosting of the HELIAUS Services. Allied Universal shall provide Client with information sufficient to allow Client to access the HELIAUS Services through a Web browser. Client is responsible for providing, at Client's own expense, all necessary telephone lines, Internet connections, equipment, software (including a compatible Web browser), and services for Client to effectively access the HELIAUS Services and provide security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Client is responsible for upgrading and configuring Client's internal systems (e.g. network settings, Internet routing, firewalls, and Web browsers) to be and remain compatible with and optimize the performance of the HELIAUS Services. Allied Universal or a Technical Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to support the HELIAUS Services, and maintain its accessibility for Client during the subscription term; provided, however that Allied Universal makes no representation of availability of the HELIAUS Services. As they become available, Allied Universal may provide Client with updates and upgrades relating to the HELIAUS Services.

Customer is responsible for providing, at Customer's own expense, all necessary telephone lines, Internet connections, equipment, software (including a compatible web browser), and services for Customer to access the Platform is also responsible to provide commercially reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Customer is responsible for upgrading and configuring Customer's internal systems (e.g. network settings, Internet routing, firewalls, and web browsers) to be and remain compatible with and optimize the performance of the Platform. Allied Universal will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain accessibility to the Platform during the Term; provided, however that Allied Universal makes no representation of availability of the Platform.
HOSTING AND SUPPORT. 4.1 As part of the Hosted PBX Services we will provide:
4.1.1 access to the Hosted PBX System;
4.1.2 internet connectivity through an internet service provider at our data centre. You must make you own arrangements for internet access in order to access the Hosted PBX System;
4.1.3 monitoring of the Hosted PBX System and the Network.
4.2 We provide basic customer support services during Business Hours. This support is limited to self-service system support. You may purchase enhanced support from us in accordance with our Support Services Policy that is in effect from time to time.
4.3 If we take action to remedy any issues in the Hosted PBX Services or the Network that result from your damage or misuse of the Hosted PBX Services or your network or communications links (e.g. your broadband connections) and/or the Customer Equipment and/or third party Equipment not within our primary control, we reserve the right to charge you for this work at the rates set out in the IP Telecom Rate Card.
4.4 Without prejudice to any if our other rights or remedies under the Agreement, we may suspend your access to the Hosted PBX Services if we reasonably believe that it is necessary to suspend access to the Hosted PBX System to ensure the integrity of the Network or of data held on the Hosted PBX System. Such suspension continues until such time as we reasonably believe that the circumstances giving rise to the initial suspension will no longer be applicable.
HOSTING AND SUPPORT. 1. If the Client opts to host its website with Interstellar Digital, the following Hosting Terms & Services apply. Interstellar Digital will host Customer’s website on Amazon Web Services serversor proprietary server whichever deemed best, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Website Agreement and such hosting policies, procedures and specifications as Interstellar Digital may, by written notice to you, establish from time-to-time. Hosting will commence on site launch and is on a month to month fee schedule of $50.00 which will automatically renew on the same day of each subsequent month. If payment is not received within 10 calendar days of notice, Interstellar Digital will charge interest at an annualized rate of 10% per day, or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is lower, until payment information is received. Interstellar Digital reserves the right to terminate service for delinquent payment. If the Client has selected a package, hosting services are automatically assumed.

Client is responsible for upgrading and configuring Client's internal systems (e.g. network settings, Internet routing, firewalls, and Web browsers) to be and remain compatible with and optimize the performance of the Application and the Equipment. Allied Universal will use commercially reasonable efforts to support the Application and the Equipment, and maintain its accessibility for Client during the term of these Robot Services (“Term”); provided, however that Allied Universal makes no representation of availability. As they become available, Allied Universal may provide Client with Application updates and upgrades.

As they become available, AUTS may provide Client with Robot Services updates and upgrades.
HOSTING AND SUPPORT. INFLCR shall be responsible for the hosting, maintenance, and support of all INFLCR- hosted software and INFLCR-hosted equipment used to provide the Services. INFLCR shall provide Client with ongoing technical support for the Services by providing Client with the support services listed below during the term of this Agreement:
