Hours/Days of Operation. Contractor shall perform its services hereunder during the hours as may be required to properly provide the Food Services for events at the Facility.

14.3 The library will allow access to the restroom adjacent to the café space for use during non- library hours provided that the Vendor can block off access to the Library building to the satisfaction of the Library Director. Costs to block access to the Library will be the responsibility of the Vendor. The restroom will be used as a unisex restroom after hours and will be treated as a single restroom facility allowing one person at a time to have access to the restroom.
14.4 The Library is open to the general public. The Café will be accessible through the Library entrance area as well as through an independent access door. This will allow the Café to remain open during non-library hours, with the consent of the Library Director.
14.5 Concessionaire shall use the Library delivery door for deliveries. Trucks making deliveries for the café will not block or impede library vehicles and library deliveries. The Library will not accept deliveries for the café nor will they assume responsibility for any products left in the staff workroom area.
Hours/Days of Operation. CONCESSIONAIRE shall offer bar and beverage services to the public only during the hours that the premises are reserved y the patrons from the Department for prearranged group events. CONCESSIONAIRE must provide a minimum of three (3) hours of service (not exceeding the contracted rental hours of the hall). CONCESSIONAIRE must cease alcoholic service one (1) hour prior to the end of the event. CONCESSIONAIRE shall be allowed to enter premises one (1) hour prior to event start time to set up and will be allowed to remain on premises one (1) hour after events for clean up. Additional time to enter the premises and set up for the event must be arranged through RAP’s Park Services Office.
Hours/Days of Operation. The hours of use of the Premises for the Permitted Use shall be limited to 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. (“Business Hours”) each Saturday.

Contractor shall make Solid Waste collections from Single-Family Residences, Multi-Family Complexes and Mixed-Use Buildings on Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., provided, however, that the City may authorize from time to time temporary extensions or written exemptions of the collection period to accommodate the special needs of Customers, provided further however, that Contractor may conduct from time to time Solid Waste collections on Saturdays to the extent necessary to make up missed collections. Contractor shall make Solid Waste collections from non-Residential Commercial Customers on Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. provided; however, the City shall have the authority to notify the Contractor of which Commercial areas are located near Residential zoned areas, and shall be subject to the Residential collection hours.
Hours/Days of Operation. Supplier shall provide services Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM EST.

All collections in Single-Family Residence, Multi-Family Complex and Mixed-Use Building areas shall be made on Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The City may authorize a temporary extension of hours or days. Saturday collection is allowed to the extent consistent with make-up collections, and holiday and inclement weather schedules. All collection from Commercial Customers shall be made Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. with the exception of Customers near areas zoned Residential, which shall be made only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Exemptions may be granted in writing by the City to accommodate the special needs of Customers. City code noise restrictions, as amended from time to time, shall be applicable to collection services provided under this contract.
Hours/Days of Operation. The Course’s hours and days of operation will be established and published by the Course on a seasonal basis. Owner reserves the right to modify the hours and days of operation, as Owner deems appropriate from time to time.

All Recyclables collection in service areas (including collection from both Single Family Residences and Multifamily Residences) shall be made between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless the City in writing authorizes a temporary extension of hours or days.

Supplier shall provide Mobility Ordering, and Mobility Service Delivery services: Supplier shall provide Mobility Customer Care services (Tier I) on a 7 x 24 x 365 basis In addition, services authorized by AT&T in writing shall be provided, as determined by AT&T, outside normal business hours to complete special projects where appropriate. Supplier shall provide, at no additional charge to AT&T, pagers to all Suppliers supervisory positions for after-hours contact.
