Extension of Hours. It is understood by the Association that if hours are extended in emergency situations involving the health and welfare of the students, such time will be paid.

On a day where one (1) school presentation and one (1) evening community program are scheduled, the day's work may be extended to a maximum of twelve (12) consecutive hours provided the Artists have three (3) consecutive hours of free time (not including a one (1) hour meal break) between the end of service for the first presentation and the call for the evening presentation(s).

While the client reserves the right to extend the Event, the Provider reserves the right, by way of post-event invoice, to charge the client for labor beyond the confirmed event end time at the rate of $100.00 per hour per invoice.
