Housekeeper. Following your repatriation by us following an illness linked to an epidemic or a pandemic, if you cannot perform your usual household chores, we look for, arrange and cover assistance from a housekeeper, within the limit indicated in Table of Guarantees. Following your repatriation by us following an illness linked to an epidemic or a pandemic, if you are not able to leave your home, we organize and cover, within the limit of local availability, the costs of delivery of your shopping within the limit set in the Table of Guarantees.
Housekeeper. 12.06 The Employer shall prepare, maintain and post the seniority list by within District and within classification. The initial seniority list shall be prepared and posted conspicuously in all buildings of the district within forty-five (45) work days after the effective date of this Agreement with revisions and updates prepared and posted by October 15th annually thereafter. A copy of the seniority list and subsequent revisions shall be furnished to the Association. It shall be the responsibility of the Association to review the seniority list as issued by the Employer and to notify the Employer of any errors therein within twenty (20) workdays of its issuance. 12.07 Seniority shall be lost by a Bargaining Unit Member upon termination, resignation, or retirement. Seniority shall not be lost by a transfer to a non-bargaining unit position, but it shall not accrue further. 12.08 Seniority for Employees on layoff shall be retained until such laid off Employee's right to recall, as stated in Article 13: Layoff, Reduction, and Recall of Personnel; expires. Time during layoff will not be counted toward seniority accumulation. 12.09 For the purpose of Reduction in Personnel, Layoff and Recall, a Bargaining Unit Member working in more than one classification shall have his/her seniority in each classification recognized, subject to job descriptions.

  • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a $_CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. Xxxxxx agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.

  • Uniforms The Employer shall supply and maintain uniforms for employees who are required to wear same.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Technical Training The CAISO and the Participating TOs shall respond to reasonable requests for support and provide relevant technical training to each other’s employees to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the CAISO Controlled Grid and to comply with any NERC or WECC operator certification or training requirements. Examples of such technical training include, but are not limited to: (1) the theory or operation of new or modified equipment (e.g., control systems, Remedial Action Schemes, protective relays); (2) computer and applicator programs; and (3) CAISO (or Participating TO) requirements. The Parties shall enter into agreements regarding the timing, term, locations, and cost allocation for the training.

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Design Professional The architect or engineer or architectural or engineering firm selected by Owner (i) for the design and preparation of Contract Documents governing the construction of a Project, or (ii) for construction contract administration under the Contract Documents, or (iii) for both, all such services and the scope thereof to be set forth in the Design Professional Contract. The Design Professional is not an employee of the Owner but is engaged or retained by it for the purpose of performing design and construction administration services for the project. The term “Design Professional” includes architects, engineers, surveyors, designers, and other consultants retained by the Design Professional.

  • Uniforms and Protective Clothing 33.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer. 33.2 Suitable protective clothing shall be provided at the employer's expense where the duty involves a risk of excessive soiling or damage to uniforms or personal clothing or a risk of injury to the employee.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member. Such work by supervisors may result from but shall not cause any layoffs of covered members.
