Housing Benefits. Executive shall be reimbursed for all out-of-pocket, direct expenses incurred in connection with the relocation of Executive’s family from Dallas, Texas to Southern California including moving costs and travel expenses; provided that Executive furnishes the Company with vouchers, receipts and other details of such expenses in the form reasonably required by the Company. The Company will also reimburse Executive for the actual real estate commissions paid by Executive on the sale of Executive’s primary residence and for closing costs for purchase of Executive’s home in California, both of which collectively shall not exceed $35,000.

Housing Benefits. In certain remote locations, the Company may provide housing related benefits where it is necessary to do so to attract employees to the region and it is also customary in the location/sector to do so. Such housing benefits will be determined by the Company from time to time and will be documented in the Company’s Remote Area Housing Policy. The benefits available under the Policy may include: ⮚ The provision of Company Owned/Leased Housing ⮚ The provision of a Housing Allowance ⮚ The provision of Assistance to the Employee to Acquire Housing. Where the Company provides Owned/Leased housing to the employee (and family where applicable), the employee will be required, as a term of their employment to: ⮚ Enter into a sub tenancy agreement with the Company, and ⮚ Make a notional contribution from their remuneration for the provision of such housing (consistent with the levels outlined in the Company’s Remote Area Housing Policy). Notional contributions required of employees under the Company’s Remote Area Housing Policy will be reviewed annually, and may be adjusted based on market practice and changes to the cost to the company of providing such accommodation. The periodic level of adjustment to the notional contributions required of employees under the Company’s Remote Area Housing Policy will be capped to % increases no greater than by which the minimum tradesman’s rate increases under this Agreement. The first review of such notional contributions will be 1 July 2007. In respect of Housing Allowances paid to employees for whom the company does not provide accommodation (to them or a relative living with them), the following rates will be paid: • $120 per weekin all cases. • $150 per week – provided the house is not supplied, made available or otherwise subsidised by an employer in the region who engages a relative with whom the employee lives.
Housing Benefits. Organic agrees to rent, at its expense, or to reimburse you for the cost of, an apartment in the San Francisco Bay Area for your use during your employment with Organic; provided that the rent for such apartment does not exceed $7500 per month and provided further that the period during which Organic will rent or reimburse you for rent shall not extend beyond December 31, 2002.   • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Retiree Medical Benefits If Executive is or would become fifty-five (55) or older and Executive's age and service equal sixty-five (65) and Executive has at least five (5) years of service with the Company within two (2) years of Change in Control, Executive is eligible for retiree medical benefits (as such are determined immediately prior to Change in Control). Executive is eligible to commence receiving such retiree medical benefits based on the terms and conditions of the applicable plans in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.

  • Unemployment Benefits The Company will not oppose the Executive’s claim for unemployment insurance benefits.
