7.1 You are responsible for the behaviour of every person (including children and pets) living in or visiting the property. You are responsible for their behaviour in the property, on surrounding land, in communal areas (stairs, landings, entrance halls, paving, shared gardens, parking and garage areas) and in the neighbourhood around the property.
7.2 You and persons living with you, or visiting you, including pets, must not use your home or any communal area (stairs, landings, entrance halls, paving, shared gardens, parking and garage areas) so as to cause a nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to neighbours, or to any other person. Examples of nuisance, annoyance or disturbance include: loud music; arguing so that it can be heard beyond the boundaries of the property; door slamming; dog barking and fouling; offensive drunkenness; selling illegal drugs or using illegal drugs from the property or in the locality of the property; dumping rubbish; playing ball games close to another person’s home; handling stolen goods at the property.
7.3 You and persons living with you, or visiting you, must not harass any other person. Examples of harassment include: sexual abuse or suggestive language; racist behaviour or language; using or threatening to use violence; using abusive or insulting words or behaviour; damaging or threatening to damage another person’s home or possessions; writing threatening, abusive or insulting graffiti; doing anything that interferes with the peace, comfort or convenience of others; behaviour or language that intimidates, threatens or causes harassment to any person. Community Responsibilities. 1.1.1. Community shall provide licensed physician(s), physician assistant(s) and/or nurse practitioner(s) for the School Health and Wellness Center(s) (“Center(s)”) for a mutually agreed upon number of hours per week. Community shall also provide for occupational health services, health coaching services, medical assistant(s), and other support staff members for the efficient operation of the Center(s). School acknowledges and agrees that the licensed physician(s), physician assistant(s), nurse practitioner(s), medical assistant(s) and other support staff member(s) assigned by Community to provide services at the Center(s) are Community employees and are not employees of School and, therefore, Community shall provide performance standards, oversight of work performed, and application of Community policies and procedures when dealing with the employment relationships, including handling performance issues, disciplinary actions, termination of employment, and other employment related issues for employees assigned by Community to provide services at the Center(s). After a licensed physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, medicalassistant and other support staff member begins work at the Center(s), School shall notify Community of any performance issues related to a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, medical assistant and other support staff member and shall allow Community to address such issues according to Community's policies and procedures. In the event that School objects to any staff assignment or decision by Community pertaining to the health care services, School shall inform Community in writing and the parties shall work together in good faith to address and resolve any such concerns.

Community Responsibilities. 2.1 Through mutual consultation, the [Community] agrees with and supports the political and substantive positions of the MNBC on province-wide and national- level issues, including matters such as Métis Citizenship, Governance and Self- Government.
2.2 Subject to available resources, the [Community] agrees to participate in the MNGA and will comply with the provisions of all Legislation ratified by the Citizens at an MNBC AGM including but not limited to the Métis Nation Governing Assembly Act, the Senate Act and the Citizenship Act.
2.3 The [Community] agrees to participate regularly with the Regional President's Councils as set out in the MNBC Constitution and, subject to article 2.4 herein, the Constitution of the relevant Regional President's Council which is chaired by the MNBC Regional Director.
2.4 The [Community] hereby agrees to ensure that the Constitution of the [Community] and, as much as possible, it’s Regional President’s Council Constitution, is or shall be made consistent with the provisions of the MNBC Constitution. Where there is a conflict between the MNBC Legislation or the interpretation of Constitutional or Legislative provisions the provisions of the Métis Nation British Columbia is paramount and the provisions thereof shall prevail over any and all Community or Regional Constitution and over any and all Legislation
2.5 The [Community] agrees to submit any and all notices, reports or concerns, as may be considered appropriate, through that Community's Regional MNBC Director.
2.6 The Community shall develop a Privacy policy consistent with the Privacy policy of the MNBC and in compliance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act and the Personal Information Protection Act.

Community shall hire and employ nursing personnel (RNs, LPNs and/or MAs, at Community’s sole discretion) to staff School’s School Nursing program (the “School Nurse(s)”) based upon assessment of schools and health needs in each school. Community will provide at least one RN or LPN personnel in each school building. Community will provide at least two (2) permanent nurse substitutes. Community shall maintain a log of the School Nurse(s) assigned to School and will update same on a periodic basis. The School Nurse(s) shall be deployed within School and be employed as a Community employee.
