Housing Subsidy. 40.01 (a) Full-time employees shall be entitled to a monthly housing allowance of:
(i) $650 to employees living in private accommodations and paying their own utilities;
(ii) $650 to employees renting private accommodation but paying for their own utilities;
(iii) $650 to employees living in a normally subsidized accommodation but paying full "economic rent".
Housing Subsidy. An after-tax amount equal to the present value of the cost of any housing subsidy given to the Executive by the Corporation prior to the Executive’s termination of employment that would have been payable by the Corporation under the terms of its policy in effect as of the Change in Control had the Executive continued to be employed during the Severance Period.

46.01 Subject to the conditions set out in Article 46.02, full time employees, other than casual employees, upon completion of thirty (30) days of employment shall be entitled to:
(a) a housing allowance of five hundred twenty-one dollars and eighty seven cents ($521.87) per month.
(b) A household allowance two hundred and forty-three dollars and fifty-four cents ($243.54) per month.
(a) To qualify for the above benefits, employees must be living in a private dwelling and be paying their own utilities, or must be living in an Association unit and paying maximum unit rent.
(b) Full time employees, other than casual employees, living in an Association subsidized unit shall not be entitled to the allowances set out in Article 46.01 but shall pay rent at the rate determined by the Nunavut. Housing Corporation's northern rental scale.
46.03 Part time employees shall receive the above benefits on a pro rata basis: NB Half time equals half benefits.
46.04 Such benefits shall be paid within the first week of each month.
46.05 When an employee terminates his/her employment he/she shall be paid the above benefit on a pro rata basis.

Housing Subsidy. All permanent full-time employees shall receive a cash subsidy of four hundred and fifty dollars (450.00) per month housing allowance. Employees paying their own utilities shall receive an additional household allowance of one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.00) per month.
Housing Subsidy. The Company agrees to pay all reasonable and --------------- documented housing expenses associated with Employee's maintaining Employee's existing or equivalent housing in the San Francisco Bay Area. Reasonable housing expenses shall include, but are not limited to, rent payments and furnishing such housing in a manner suitable for visitation by Employee's family.
Housing Subsidy. 9.1 This agreement is subject to the suspensive condition that the Purchaser will qualify for a subsidy in terms of the Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP) in accordance with the provisions of Section 3(5) of the Housing Act 107 of 1997 (the Act).
9.2 The aforesaid suspensive condition shall be deemed to be fulfilled upon the National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) granting and approving in writing a subsidy in terms of the Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP) within 60 (sixty) days of the date of signature of this agreement, failing which this agreement shall automatically lapse; provided that the Seller may in its sole discretion extend this period in writing for a further period of 30 (thirty) days.
9.3 The Purchaser undertakes that he/she shall immediately after signature of this Agreement sign all such documentation and do everything that may reasonably be required of him/her to apply for and obtain the aforesaid subsidy, and that the failure by the Purchaser to attend to this shall be deemed to be a material breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
9.4 The Purchaser appoints the Developer or its duly authorized agent to assist the Purchaser with and to apply to the relevant authority for the subsidy on behalf of the Purchaser.
9.5 The Purchaser acknowledges that he/she is entitled to apply for a Housing Subsidy; that he/she meets the qualifying criteria therefore and acknowledges the amount of the housing subsidy for which he/she can apply.
9.6 The Purchaser acknowledges that it has been explained to him/her that if he/she is granted a subsidy, such subsidy will be paid to the Seller against registration of transfer of the property into the name of the Purchaser.
9.7 The Purchaser acknowledges that the provisions of Sections 10(A) and 10(B) of the Housing Act 107 of 1997 is applicable to this transaction and that he/she will not be allowed to sell or otherwise alienate his or her property within a period of 8 (eight) years from the date of the property was registered in his/her name unless same has first been offered to the Department of Housing, Local Government and Traditional Affairs of the Provincial Administration of the Eastern Cape. The Purchaser agrees that these restrictive conditions shall be inserted in his/her title deed which conditions shall be binding upon his/her successors in title.

Housing Subsidy. The affordable housing program will provide $50,000 total subsidy in 2022. $500 housing subsidy to a maximum of $1,500 per eligible recipient per year paid quarterly. Recipients must undertake a new needs assessment each quarter to determine if they are eligible to continue receiving subsidy as long as funds remain available.
Housing Subsidy. A) Effective April 1, 2022, any employee who is hired, assigned, placed or bids from an area not excluded in subsection B below into an eligible headquarters or location (listed on Table 5) and remains in an eligible classification (listed on Tables 1 and 3) in that headquarters or location will be reimbursed for up to $4,000 per month (payable on a monthly basis) for up to thirty-six (36) consecutive months for each full month living in the geographic locations described below. In order to receive reimbursement, employees must provide acceptable documentation on a monthly basis that they live in the geographic locations described below. Acceptable documentation must be approved by the Company and is defined as a monthly mortgage statement, rental lease agreement or other documentation deemed acceptable to the Company. Documents provided that do not list the employee’s name may require additional verification. Impound accounts, Homeowner Association (HOA) fees, property taxes, utility expenses, etc., are not eligible for reimbursement. If any issues arise regarding acceptable documentation that cannot be resolved locally, the Oversight Committee will be convened to resolve the issue. Employees must reside within the geographic locations described below based on the headquarters where they are assigned: San Francisco Division o San Francisco or San Mateo Counties. Employees may not reside south of the City of San Mateo. Peninsula Division o San Francisco, San Mateo, or Santa Xxxxx Counties. Employees must reside north of the City of San Xxxx De Anza Division o San Mateo or Santa Xxxxx Counties or the Cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City San Xxxx Division o Santa Xxxxx County or the Cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City Eligible employees who choose to receive the Housing Subsidy cannot simultaneously receive the Retention Incentive described in Section 3 above. Upon conclusion of the thirty-six (36) consecutive months in the Housing Subsidy program, employees who remain in an eligible headquarters or location (listed on Table 5) and in an eligible classification (listed on Table 1 and 3) will transition to the Retention Incentive described in Section 3 above. At any time, an employee who is currently participating in the Housing Subsidy program may choose to instead receive the Retention Incentive described in Section 3 above.
