Identification of Contractor Personnel. All Contractor personnel attending meetings, answering government telephones, and working in other situations where their Contractor status is not obvious to third parties, are required to identify themselves as such to avoid creating an impression in the minds of members of the public that they are government officials. 1.6.12.1.1. All Contractor personnel performing work under this contract shall obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC) and ID Badge. The ID Badge shall be worn at all times, when performing work under this contract, to include attending government meetings and conferences. Unless otherwise specified in the contract, Contractor personnel shall wear the ID Badge in a conspicuous place on the front of exterior clothing and above the waist, except when safety or health reasons prohibit such placement or when being used for computer access.

Identification of Contractor Personnel. The Contractor shall ensure Corporation affiliation is referenced on all written documentation that refers to contractor personnel. This is required for internal and external communication. Similarly, the contractor affiliation shall be identified at the beginning of any meeting or conference where contractor personnel are in attendance. Proper identification of Squadron contractor personnel is required. All Squadron contractor personnel must wear an official badge issued by NAS Security Department while occupying Government spaces. 3.2.4.4.1 If a contractor is to support a squadron for over 90 days, a Common Access Card (CAC) will be issued from the appropriate NAS Security Office. The badge shall not have an expiration date that exceeds the expiration date of the contract. 3.2.4.4.2 If a contractor is to support a squadron for 90 days or less, and requires a CAC or E-CAC for the services they will be providing, will be issued a CAC or E-CAC from t h e appropriate NAS Security Office. The badge shall have the expiration date that shall coincide with the expiration date of the individual’s tenure at the squadron while working under a contract.

The Contractor shall submit initial roster to the COR within ten (10) calendar days after commencement of base period of performance. 1.6.11.1.4. The Contractor shall immediately report any lost CAC or government issued identification cards to the COR and Military Police. The Contractor shall immediately collect the CAC and other government issued forms of identification upon termination of employee, or at the end of the contract performance period. The CAC and other government issued forms of identification shall be returned to the COR within one (1) hour of employee termination, or at the end of contract performance period, whichever comes first. Final payment may be delayed if Contractor fails to comply with these requirements.
Identification of Contractor Personnel. The Contractor shall provide personnel who enter upon Laketran's property with distinctive identification badges showing the employer's name, the employee's name, the employee’s job title and any employee identification number assigned to such employee. All personnel shall display these badges prominently upon their persons while on Laketran's property. Laketran will allow only properly certified personnel of the Contractor on its property. Laketran shall have the right to require the Contractor to conduct background checks on its employees and to remove from Laketran’s property any employee Laketran considers incompetent, careless, or who constitutes a security risk or safety hazard. The Contractor’s personnel must have all appropriate documentation, as determined by Laketran, to gain access to Laketran property. Laketran will advise the Contractor in writing of the necessary documentation and identification required to gain access to Laketran property, based upon the Federal Department of Homeland Security threat level in effect from time to time, and subject to any additional security requirements mandated by the Federal Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Transit Administration, or any other federal or state agency.

Unless otherwise specified in the contract, Contractor personnel shall wear the 1st BN identification badge in a conspicuous place on the front of exterior clothing and above the waist, except when safety or health reasons prohibit such placement. 1.6.12.1.2. Contractor personnel shall be required to obtain a CAC at least ten (10) work days after start of base contract period or within ten (10) days after work performance begins under this contract, whichever comes first. The PM or DPM will coordinate with the COR for application enrollment for CAC approval. 1.6.12.1.3. The Contractor shall develop, maintain, and provide to the COR an updated roster which shall include names and positions of all Contractor personnel as well as indicating which employees were issued CAC or other forms of government identification cards. The Contractor shall submit initial roster to the COR within ten (10) calendar days after commencement of base period of performance. The PM will send updates to the COR within five (5) working days of changes to this information. 1.6.12.1.4. The Contractor shall immediately report any lost CAC or government issued identification cards to the COR and Military and/or DOD police agencies. The Contractor shall immediately collect the CAC and other government issued forms of identification upon termination of employee, or at the end of the contract performance period. The CAC and other government issued forms of identification shall be returned to the COR within one (1) hour of employee termination, or at the end of contract performance period, whichever comes first. Final payment may be delayed if Contractor fails to comply with these requirements.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement: A. All employees of the Contractor shall wear a recognizable uniform. No hats will be worn inside the building. All of Contractor’s employees and agents performing work must carry a government-issued photo ID. Contractor’s employees and agents will present ID to District Staff upon request. This provision will be strictly enforced. B. The use of tobacco or tobacco products on Board property is prohibited by State law. C. The Contractor will not be permitted to utilize Day Labor or Temporary Workers to provide any services at any District facility. This includes any employees or agents that are hired prior to contract award. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in immediate termination of contract with the Contractor liable for any breach, including liquidated damages for delay damages and/or forfeiture of Performance Bond. D. The Contractor or employees or agents of the Contractor are not permitted to play loud music, to make unnecessary noises, or to use vulgar or inappropriate language that causes offense to others. E. The employment of unauthorized or illegal aliens by the Contractor is considered a violation of Section 247A (e) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act. If the Contractor knowingly employs unauthorized aliens, such a violation shall also be cause for termination of this Agreement. F. Possession of firearms will not be tolerated on Board property. No person who has a firearm in their vehicle will be permitted to park on District property. Any employee of the Contractor found in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to leave, and will not be allowed to return to perform further work without the consent of the District. G. The Contractor certifies that he/she will not engage in the unlawful manufacture, sale distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or drug during the performance of the contract and that a drug-free workplace will be provided for the Contractor’s employees or agents during the performance of the contract. The Contractor also certifies that he will secure from any subcontractor who works on the contract, written certification of the same drug free workplace requirements. False certification or violation by failing to carry out requirements of O.C.G.A. § 50-24-3 may cause suspension, termination of contract, or debarment of such bidder Please Note: If any employee or agent of the Contractor or Sub-contractor is found to have brought a firearm on District property, the Contractor or Sub-contractor shall prohibit them from continuing to perform any work on District property. If the Contractor or Sub-contractor fails to do so, then the District may terminate this Agreement for cause as set forth below.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement.   • Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to adequately perform the work under this Contract. Contractor’s employees assigned to this project must meet character standards as demonstrated by background investigation and reference checks, coordinated by the agency/department issuing this Contract.

  • Access to Personal Information by Subcontractors Supplier agrees to require any subcontractors or agents to which it discloses Personal Information under this Agreement or under any SOW to provide reasonable assurance, evidenced by written contract, that they will comply with the same or substantially similar confidentiality, privacy and security obligations with respect to such Personal Information as apply to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW. Supplier shall confirm in writing to DXC that such contract is in place as a condition to DXC’s approval of use of a subcontractor in connection with any SOW. Upon request of DXC, Supplier will provide to DXC a copy of the subcontract or an extract of the relevant clauses. Supplier shall ensure that any failure on the part of any subcontractor or agent to comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or any SOW shall be grounds to promptly terminate such subcontractor or agent. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.

  • Access to Personnel Records Upon written request to the Chief of Police, an employee shall have access to the employee's records during normal office hours of the records custodian. Such access to personnel records shall be within a reasonable time of said request. Such request shall not interfere with the employee's regularly scheduled working hours. Review of the records shall be made in the presence of the Chief or the Chief’s designated representative.

  • Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS SB Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS SB Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS SB and task orders solicited and awarded under OASIS SB. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS SB CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS SB CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor Certification for Contractor Employees Introduction Texas Education Code Chapter 22 requires entities that contract with school districts to provide services to obtain criminal history record information regarding covered employees. Contractors must certify to the district that they have complied. Covered employees with disqualifying criminal histories are prohibited from serving at a school district. Definitions: Covered employees: Employees of a contractor or subcontractor who have or will have continuing duties related to the service to be performed at the District and have or will have direct contact with students. The District will be the final arbiter of what constitutes direct contact with students. Disqualifying criminal history: Any conviction or other criminal history information designated by the District, or one of the following offenses, if at the time of the offense, the victim was under 18 or enrolled in a public school: (a) a felony offense under Title 5, Texas Penal Code; (b) an offense for which a defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; or (c) an equivalent offense under federal law or the laws of another state. I certify that: NONE (Section A) of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined above. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure that the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees. Contractor will maintain these precautions or conditions throughout the time the contracted services are provided. OR SOME (Section B) or all of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor are covered employees. If this box is checked, I further certify that: (1) Contractor has obtained all required criminal history record information regarding its covered employees. None of the covered employees has a disqualifying criminal history.

  • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All persons, corporations, or other legal entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States. The following requirements shall apply in addition to the requirements of Appendix B, section 42, Employees, Subcontractors and Agents, unless otherwise agreed to by the Authorized User:
