Immigration Support. In addition to the Relocation Allowance, the Company will provide immigration assistance to the Executive through an immigration vendor and will cover the cost of obtaining required entry and work documentation for the Executive, as well as required entry documentation for the Executive’s approved accompanying family members prior to relocation. This includes passports and any required medical exams or other documentation required by immigration authorities. The Executive is responsible for maintaining valid immigration and travel documents going forward, at the Company’s expense.
Immigration Support. The Company shall continue to bear up to $10,000 costs of immigration counsel in connection with the provision of assistance for Employee’s eligible dependent(s) to obtain permanent residency status in the United States as incurred through the Separation Date.
Immigration Support. The Corporation shall reimburse the Executive for all legal expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with his immigration status and/or right to work in Barbados, to be furnished by such advisors as chosen by the Corporation.

ASEs may participate in immigration clinics, workshops or support programs that the University provides or procures on the same basis these services are provided to other students. Additional resources, including information about legal services, may be available through ASWSU, Undocumented Initiatives or the Washington State Bar Association.
a. The University will present an annual workshop providing resources for ASEs related to visa and immigration options. The University and the Union shall collaborate to ensure that such workshops contain information relevant to ASEs.
24.1.2 In the event that the University is served with a validly executed Search or Arrest warrant, the University shall request that any questioning of ASEs at University facilities occur in as private a setting as possible in the workplace.
24.1.3 The University shall work with XXXx to accommodate any appointments and/or hearings with respect to immigration or citizenship status of the employee, spouse, domestic partner, child, or parent. These accommodations may include granting leave time.
24.1.4 Costs associated with obtaining a visa necessary for foreign travel required to perform a specific duty which is part of an ASE’s work assignment will be paid or reimbursed according to the University’s travel policies (BPPM Chapter 95 - Travel).
Immigration Support. A. OSF will provide 30-minute individual briefing sessions with immigration counsel for all sponsored eligible employees to ensure they understand the procedures associated with canceling their work permit and the options available, or not, to remain in the country for work;
B. OSF will offer up to two (2) hours of individual consultations and support (as distinguished from a briefing or information session), prior to separation from employment;
C. No cash in lieu; and
D. All of the above, unless otherwise stated, must use by the end of the calendar year following the calendar year in which separation occurs.

The Company has also assisted in applying for appropriate dependent visas required for your accompanying immediate family members per local requirements and will extend as appropriate.
