In-service Pay. The District will pay $15 per hour, up to 24 hours maximum, for continuing teacher education (in-district), outside the regular school day.

In-service Pay. Payment for required inservice which occurs outside regular working hours will be made at an hourly rate of fifteen ($15.00), when such funds are available. If funds are not available, such status will be clearly noted in the advertisement of the voluntary inservice training. Special grants and/or institutes may exceed this rate at the discretion of the District. (The parties may on a case by case basis agree to exceptions to this language through written agreement)

Classified employees will be paid their current hourly rate of pay. There will be no reduction of an employee’s scheduled days/hours for these two days. The in-service/meetings/training days may or may not occur on parent conference days. The two (2) days will be at the District’s discretion with input from the Association.

  • Service Pay All regular employees shall be granted service pay in the amount of ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar day for each five (5) years of continuous service completed. After the first five (5) years of service, ten cents (10c/ ); after five (5) further years of service, an additional ten cents (10c/ ); and a like increase for each additional five (5) years of service completed.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • In-Service Programs The parties to this collective agreement recognize the value of in-service education both to the employee and the Employer.

  • Performance Pay In accordance with Section 8 of the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2020-2021, contingent upon the availability of funds and at the Agency Head’s discretion, each agency is authorized to grant merit pay increases based on the employee’s exemplary performance, as evidenced by a performance evaluation conducted pursuant to Rule 60L-35, Florida Administrative Code.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Performance of Service 2.1 Appendix A (General Provisions), Articles 1 through 16, governs the performance of services under this contract. 2.2 Appendix B sets forth the liability and insurance provisions of this contract. 2.3 Appendix C sets forth the services to be performed by the contractor. ARTICLE 3.

  • Period of Services Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. This Agreement assumes conditions permitting continuous and orderly progress through completion of the services. Times for performance shall be extended as necessary for delays or suspensions due to circumstances that the Consultant does not control. If such delay or suspension extends for more than six months, Consultant’s compensation shall be renegotiated.

  • Sick Leave Payout No cash payment for unused sick leave will be paid to any employee leaving the service of the Employer.
