In-service Pay. The District will pay $15 per hour, up to 24 hours maximum, for continuing teacher education (in-district), outside the regular school day.
In-service Pay. Payment for required inservice which occurs outside regular working hours will be made at an hourly rate of fifteen ($15.00), when such funds are available. If funds are not available, such status will be clearly noted in the advertisement of the voluntary inservice training. Special grants and/or institutes may exceed this rate at the discretion of the District. (The parties may on a case by case basis agree to exceptions to this language through written agreement)
In-service Pay. Instructional personnel In-service activities funded by the School Board will be paid at the rate of fifteen dollars ($15) per hour.
In-service Pay. Instructional staff In-service activities funded by the School Board will be paid at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25) per hour.
In-service Pay. Substitute Teachers, when requested by the School Division to attend divisional in-services, will receive the substitute daily rate prorated for half day or full day depending on the length of the in- service; or, shall receive their rate as per Article 9.02

A travel time allowance will be paid to the employee at their regular hourly rate based on the following travel times. Upon prior approval the District will pay travel time plus mileage to employees traveling from their home location or school location whichever distance is less to the in-service. Carpooling is encouraged. This applies only to the employees at the school locations listed below.

The two parent conference days that students are not in attendance will be exchanged for in- service/meetings/training days for classified employees. Classified employees will be paid their current hourly rate of pay. There will be no reduction of an employee’s scheduled days/hours for these two days. The in-service/meetings/training days may or may not occur on parent conference days. The two (2) days will be at the District’s discretion with input from the Association.
