INCENTIVES AND BONUSES. The Employer may, at its sole discretion, implement, modify, or eliminate incentives to hire new employees, encourage safe working practices, or for any other business reason provided it offers such incentives uniformly to all eligible employees in the affected job class. The Employer shall notify the Union of the implementation, modification, or elimination of incentives and provide notice to employees.

INCENTIVES AND BONUSES. The following Incentives and Bonuses shall be paid according to Operator’s policies on the same basis as similarly situated non-union employees at the Center. 1. Employee of the Month - $100 bonus to the employee of the month; all departments are eligible. 2. Transportation Assistance - $45.00 per month per employee for bus pass, car pool, van pool, and etc., prorated on the hours worked in the previous month. 3. Genesis Twenty Year Club – Full-time and Part-time employees shall be eligible to participate in the Genesis Twenty Year Club Program. 4. PIB (Pay in Lieu of Benefits) – Employees that select pay in lieu of benefits shall receive an additional $.90 per hour, effective the 1st month following 90 days of employment for all new full-time hires. With the exception of the Transportation Assistance Program, the Operator may, at its sole discretion, implement, modify, or eliminate the incentives set forth in this section.
INCENTIVES AND BONUSES. The Employee will be eligible for incentive opportunities as a percentage of the Employee's Annual Base Salary and as authorized and declared by the Board of Directors or the Committee for executive officers. Incentive payments provided for under this Agreement must be paid no later than 75 days after the end of the year in which the Employee obtains a legally binding right to those payments (or another time that still qualifies the payment as a "short-term deferral" under Internal Revenue Code (the "Code") Section 409A (hereinafter, "Section 409A"). The Employee will also be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other executive officers of First Federal in any performance-based and discretionary bonuses that are authorized and declared by the Board of Directors or the Committee for executive officers.

INCENTIVES AND BONUSES. The parties agree that any incentives and bonus arrangements for a Department shall be the subject of genuine consultation and agreement between the parties. Any extra money or special “bonuses” that employees receive because of the work they do or how well they have done their work, are to be agreed between the employees and their Manager.

INCENTIVES AND BONUSES. The following Incentives and Bonuses shall be paid according to the Employer’s policies on the same basis as similarly situated non-union employees at the Center. PIB (Pay in Lieu of Benefits) – Regular full-time bargaining unit employees may participate in a "no benefit" program, called, "Modified Comp Program," as outlined and defined in the Employer's Modified Compensation Program. The Employer reserves the right to implement, modify or eliminate the Modified Comp Program.
INCENTIVES AND BONUSES. The Contractor reserves the right to institute or discontinue merits, incentives, or bonus rates or payments to individual employees or groups as deemed warranted by circumstances. The merits, incentives, or bonus rates will not be used for purposes of payment for hours worked with regard to state and federal law. When a violation is found it will be brought to the P.U.M.P. Committee for review. The Union will then correct any violation either by guidelines within this Agreement or legal proceedings as the Union will determine to be necessary in correcting the violation. These merits, incentives, or bonus rates may be compensated as paid leave computed as hours worked provided all Trust contributions and taxes are paid accordingly. The Union will recognize safety incentives in the form of work clothes, tools and safety awarded items as non-monetary items.
