For its portion of the Campus, LCPS will consider the Historic Xxxxxxxx High School Education and Development Campus an “administrative facility” as designated in inclement weather or emergency announcements. Security Between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, in the historic portion of the Building and for all LCPS operational spaces, LCPS security protocols and procedures will be followed. Exterior doors will be locked other than in the PRCS-managed portion of the Building, which is at PRCS’ discretion. Visitors to the LCPS offices or historic portion of the Building during regular business hours will check in at the front door. The LCPS employee or contractor working at the check-in desk in the auditorium area will screen the visitor via the AiPhone to request identification and the reason for the visit. LCPS will include the Campus on the patrol routes for Safety and Security and through the LCPS building administrator, LCPS Safety and Security will have security oversight for the Campus. This does not preclude PRCS from providing any additional security services they choose, as long as they do not conflict with LCPS operations or security protocols. The various operational spaces are separated by doorways, so an individual entering one operational space will not be able to move into other controlled spaces.
