Individual Entitlement. The Pool will be divided among all Employees (Participants) on the basis of the Hours (as defined below) of each such Participant in the calendar weeks within each fiscal quarter. a. The award for profit sharing, if any, shall be equivalent to the hourly rate paid under the P&M Profit Sharing Plan in any quarter times 40 hours for each week in the quarter, less any full pay periods of salary continuation. Any time off for leave of absence shall be excluded under this calculation b. Any payments made to a Participant pursuant to this Plan shall not be included in the Participant's earnings for purposes of determining any other pay, benefit or allowance of the Participant.

Individual Entitlement. In the event of a layoff, employees shall be entitled to the SUB Plan at the rate of one (1) week of basic pay for each two (2) years of continuous service completed, if he submitted a benefit claim to Unemployment Insurance and he has received it. Employees have no acquired right to SUB, except during the unemployment period stipulated in this Plan. No employee shall be entitled to SUB if unemployment is the result of a fire, flood, explosion, bombing or earthquake that damages the plant, making it impossible to resume work in the section where the employee worked. Payments related to guaranteed annual compensation, deferred compensation and separation pay are neither increased nor reduced by payments received under this plan.
