Inoculation. The Employer agrees to pay reasonable expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for employees and members of an employee's immediate family residing in their household when such becomes necessary as a result of said employee's exposure to contagious diseases in the line of duty.
Inoculation. Section 1. The Employer shall provide, at its expense, inoculation against influenza or any epidemic, if declared as such by the State Department of Health. This precautionary measure shall be performed by a physician selected by the Administration.

The Village agrees to pay all expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for the command officer and for members of his family when such becomes necessary as a result of said command officer’s exposure to contagious diseases where said command officer has been exposed to said disease in the line of duty.

The City agrees to pay the reasonable expenses for inoculation or immunization shots for employees and the employee’s immediate family residing in the employee’s household when such becomes necessary as a result of the employee’s exposure to a contagious disease while in the line of duty with the Treasure Island Fire Department. The employee shall make all reasonable efforts to have this service performed at no cost by the county health department or other agency.

The member shall make all reasonable efforts to have this service performed at no cost by the County Health Department of other agency.
Inoculation. 1) The Borough will provide, at its expense, influenza inoculations for all employees covered by this Agreement. Any employee who avails himself or herself of this benefit shall by way of this Agreement hold the Borough harmless from any consequential effects related to the inoculation.

Inoculation for bee stings and poison ivy once each year at a time designated by the Township.
Inoculation. Employees covered by this Agreement shall receive, on a voluntary basis, Tetanus inoculation and Rabies inoculation administered by the County Health Department without cost to the employee. The procedure for obtaining inoculation shall be established by the Chief Animal Control Officer and the Director of the Health Department.
