INSTALLATION SUPERVISION. One experienced Kamewa Service Engineer will supervise the installation onboard during 15 normal working days. Travelling expenses for max. 3 trips of our Service Engineer to the shipyard as well as board and lodging charges during the travelling time and service days are included. The Services is rendered under our conditions TP 53E. Service and overtime over and above this scope of supply as well as travelling time and expenses between hotel and site, waiting time for which Kamewa is not responsible and consequential board and lodging expenses, stand-by time onboard, will be charged according to our list of rates valid at the time of the service. Classification -------------- The equipment will be built to the classification requirements of U.S. Coast Guard and ABS in accordance with the rules valid at the date of this tender. We undertake to correct over a period of 36 months which period shall commence on the date the vessel is delivered to its first owner, any defect in the equipment supplied, resulting from faulty material or workmanship. However, the guarantee period will not exceed (44) months after the equipment has been declared ready for delivery from our workshop. In addition, Kamewa will guarantee the aluminum components for wear and structural integrity for 60 months from beginning of service but not to exceed 66 months from delivery of equipment. The operator must perform all zinc replacement, painting and scheduled maintenance per Kamewa's instruction manual. Kamewa shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage whatsoever which arises out of or in connection with the supply of the Equipment or its use including but not limited to loss of profit, towage, docking, crane rental, warping, scaffolding, assistance and services by yard personnel, loss of hire, or loss of contract. Responsibility for Equipment Selection -------------------------------------- It is the Buyer's responsibility to inform Kamewa about the maximum full scale resistance of the hull over the entire ship speed range. Based on these data it is Kamewa's responsibility to select suitable equipment. In case the information of maximum full scale resistance or equivalent data, received by Kamewa and used for the selection of the water jet unit(s) specified under this tender or contract, is incorrect or should change at a later stage, the consequences on performance, equipment and all costs involved shall later be born by the Buyer. INSTALLATION SUPERVISION. Prices quoted for equipment do not include installation supervision. Wavetro- xxx recommends and will, upon request, make available, at Wavetronix’ then current rate, an experienced installation supervisor to act as Xxxxx’s agent to supervise installation of the equipment. Buyer shall at its sole expense furnish all necessary labor equipment, and materials needed for installation. Responsibility for proper operation of equipment if not installed by Wavetronix or installed in accordance with Wavetronix’ instruction, rests entirely with Buyer; and any work performed by Wavetronix personnel in making adjustment or changes must be paid for at Wavetronix’ then current per diem rates plus living and traveling expenses.
INSTALLATION SUPERVISION. The Unit installation shall be the sole right of the Seller, which shall ensure that each potential Unit lessees (“Lessee”) provides all necessary transportation, electrical wiring, hook-up, plumbing, hoisting or alterations to building or contents to facilitate proper functionality of the Unit. Installation charges whether by Seller or third parties are not included in the price of the equipment and shall be the sole responsibility of Seller or, as the case may be, of Lessee.

Provision of all necessary construction, electrical wiring, refrigeration hookup, plumbing, natural gas supply, and alterations to building or contents to facilitate proper operation of the Equipment. f. Miscellaneous installation or delivery charges including, but not limited to rigging, hoisting, lift trucks, traffic control, and the like.

  • Faculty Selection, Supervision, and Evaluation A. Faculty for a dual credit course will be approved and employed by Hill College. The instructor must meet credential requirements of Hill College and minimum requirements as specified by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Each faculty member assigned to teach an academic course will have a master’s degree plus 18 hours in the specific discipline. Technical course instructors will have at least an associate degree and three years of work experience in the related business or industry. B. Instructors teaching dual credit courses must meet the same standards, review, and approval procedures as full- time, regular Hill College faculty. C. Faculty for a dual credit course who are not a full-time faculty member of Hill College report directly to the appropriate Xxxx of Instruction for the pathway in which the course(s) is being taught. The college shall supervise and evaluate part-time faculty teaching dual credit courses using the same or comparable procedures used for full-time faculty employed by college. D. The performance appraisal process for dual credit instructors will be conducted by the immediate supervisor and reviewed by the second line supervisor prior to the appraisal interview with the employee. The dual credit faculty evaluation process will mirror the evaluation process used at the college for all full-time faculty members and will be done according to the college policy manual. All dual credit faculty will be periodically evaluated using the following means: 1) random classroom observation by the immediate supervisor of that discipline, 2) student evaluations and 3) self-evaluation. E. All Dual Credit faculty instructors will be supervised by the following means: i. When dual credit classes are visited during a classroom observation, supervisors will ask to see items such as the textbook, observe instruction and interaction with students, and request a class syllabus and a sample of class tests, quizzes, labs, and/or projects. ii. Dual Credit instructors are given a self-evaluation form and are asked to fill it out and return the form to their Hill College supervisor. iii. All dual credit instructors are given a master syllabus for the course. The master syllabus provides grading policy and student learning outcomes. iv. All dual credit instructors are required to participate in the assessment process. v. All dual credit instructors are required to certify rosters. vi. All dual credit instructors are required to submit final grades. F. Faculty teaching courses, which result in the award of college credit, will be regularly employed faculty members of Hill College. All faculty selected by Hill College to teach dual credit classes will be considered employees of Hill College and will be compensated by the college in accordance with Hill College policy, procedures, and guidelines. G. Applications for employment and official transcripts from each college or university attended MUST be submitted and approved prior to the start of classes. All paperwork will be kept on file at Hill College.

  • Board Supervision All of the functions undertaken by the Investment Manager hereunder shall at all times be subject to the direction of the Board of Directors, its executive committee, or any committee or officers of the Company acting under the authority of the Board of Directors.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract.   • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the equipment or parts in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified in the Price Sheets. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the equipment or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the equipment or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Supervision The Recipient shall provide and maintain competent and adequate project management covering the supervision and inspection of the development and construction of the Project and bear the responsibility of ensuring that construction conforms to the approved surveys, plans, profiles, cross sections and specifications.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • WORK BY SUPERVISORS Supervisors and all other excluded employees will not work on any job for which rates are established by this agreement, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, safety or environ- mental reasons or when regular employees are not available.
