INVOICING AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS – MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER. 15.1 It is envisaged that most Customers will require a single consolidated invoice, although some may require a small number (e.g. 3 or 4) of departmental invoices. Invoices are to be submitted in arrears on a weekly basis (unless otherwise agreed with the Customer). The Managed Service Provider must ensure that invoices are raised without delay, enabling Agencies to be paid promptly. 15.2 Payments will be made by BACS. 15.3 Invoices shall be supported by detailed electronic information in a format as agreed with the Customer to enable internal charging to relevant budget holders. This is likely to include:- • Order reference numberJob titleHours worked; regular hours, overtime hours (including night shifts), double time hours and total hours • Unique work record per individual not per assignment • Total hourly / daily rate • Hourly / daily pay rate to Temporary Agency Worker • National Insurance contributionsWorking Time RegulationsValue Added TaxAgency Commission (Agency Fee) • Managed Service Provider Commission (Booking fee) • Department and/ or Section • Cost Centre Code and if required Hiring Manager • Name of individual that the Temporary Agency Worker reports to • Date timesheet submitted and approved • Name of Hiring Manager timesheet approved by. This detailed electronic information is to be presented in a format prescribed by the Customer in order to allow immediate uploading onto the Customer’s financial system. 15.4 In support of the invoice the Managed Service Provider shall provide each Agency with a timesheet (electronic where required by the Customer) that must be used by all Temporary Agency Workers. Timesheets must indicate that all breaks are unpaid and must not be added to hours worked. 15.5 Completed timesheets shall be submitted electronically (either by the Temporary Agency Worker or the Managed Service Provider) to the Hiring Manager for authorisation. The Managed Service Provider should provide the Contract Manager with an exception report of unauthorised timesheets, ideally accessible with real-time information, but at a minimum on a weekly basis. 15.6 Where the Customer has implemented an internal policy restricting the number of hours a Temporary Agency Worker can work, the Managed Service Provider will ensure that this restriction is reflected in the invoicing and payment to Agencies.   • BILLING AND PAYMENT OF CHARGES 8.1 Unless otherwise stated, each Party will render monthly bill(s) to the other for Interconnection, Resale Services, Lawful Unbundled Network Elements, Collocation, functions, facilities, products and services provided hereunder at the rates set forth in the applicable Appendix Pricing, as set forth in applicable tariffs or other documents specifically referenced herein and, as applicable, as agreed upon by the Parties or authorized by a Party. 8.1.1 Remittance in full of all bills rendered by SBC-10STATE and SBC CALIFORNIA is due within thirty (30) calendar days of each bill date (the “Bill Due Date”). Payment must be made in accordance with the terms set forth in Section 8.3 of this Agreement. 8.1.2 Remittance in full of all bills rendered by SBC NEVADA is due in accordance with the terms set forth in the Commission C2-A Tariff, with the date on which amounts are due referred to herein as the “Bill Due Date.” 8.1.3 Remittance in full of all bills rendered by SBC CONNECTICUT is due in accordance with the terms set forth in the Connecticut Access Service Tariff approved by the DPUC, with the date on which amounts are due referred to herein as the “Bill Due Date.” 8.1.4 Remittance in full of all bills rendered by CLEC is due within thirty (30) calendar days of each bill date (the “Bill Due Date”). 8.1.5 If CLEC fails to remit payment for any charges by the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received from CLEC after the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received in funds which are not immediately available to SBC-12STATE as of the Bill Due Date (individually and collectively, “Past Due”), then a late payment charge will be assessed as provided in Sections 8.1.5.1 through 8.1.5.3, as applicable. 8.1.5.1 If any charge incurred under this Agreement that is billed out of any SBC-8STATE billing system other than the SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE Customer Records Information System (XXXX) is Past Due, the unpaid amounts will accrue interest from the day following the Bill Due Date until paid at the lesser of (i) the rate used to compute the Late Payment Charge in the applicable SBC-8STATE intrastate access services tariff for that state and (ii) the highest rate of interest that may be charged under Applicable Law. The method and timing for application of interest to any charge incurred under this Agreement that is billed out of any SBC-8STATE billing system other than SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE's XXXX will comply with the process set forth in the applicable SBC-8STATE intrastate access services tariff for that state. 8.1.5.2 If any charge incurred under this Agreement that is billed out of SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE's XXXX is Past Due, the unpaid amounts will accrue interest from the day following the Bill Due Date until paid. The interest rate applied to SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE XXXX-billed Past Due unpaid amounts will be the lesser of (i) the rate used to compute the Late Payment Charge contained in the applicable SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE intrastate retail tariff governing Late Payment Charges to SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE's retail End Users that are business End Users in that state and (ii) the highest rate of interest that may be charged under Applicable Law. The method and timing for application of interest to any charge incurred under this Agreement that is billed out of SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5- STATE's XXXX will be governed by the SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE intrastate retail tariff governing Late Payment Charges to SBC SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE's retail End Users that are business End Users in that state. 8.1.5.3 If any charge incurred under this Agreement that is billed out of any SBC MIDWEST REGION 5-STATE billing system is Past Due, the unpaid amounts will accrue interest from the Bill Due Date at the lesser of (i) one and one-half percent (1 ½%) per month and (ii) the highest rate of interest that may be charged under Applicable Law, compounded daily from the day following the Bill Due Date to and including the date that the payment is actually made and available.

  • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee"). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party. If the Board believes that the Distributor may not be rendering appropriate distribution assistance or administrative support services in connection with the sale of Shares, then the Distributor, at the request of the Board, shall provide the Board with a written report or other information to verify that the Distributor is providing appropriate services in this regard. For such services, the Fund will make the following payments to the Distributor:

  • Shareholder Account Maintenance (a) Maintain all shareholder records for each account in the Company. (b) Issue customer statements on scheduled cycle, providing duplicate second and third party copies if required. (c) Record shareholder account information changes. (d) Maintain account documentation files for each shareholder.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Fees, Invoicing and Payment 7.1. EAGE charges an Exhibition Fee. Besides, if applicable, Exhibitor may order additional goods and services from EAGE under the Agreement for which Exhibitor shall be charged as well. 7.2. Amounts mentioned in the Agreement are in Euros, exclusive of VAT or other taxes as may be applicable in the country where the Exhibition takes place. 7.3. Payments must be made at the latest on the due date of the relevant invoice(s), unless indicated otherwise. 7.4. For credit card payments, a 5% (five percent) surcharge is applicable. 7.5. If Exhibitor requires a purchase order number on the invoice, the purchase order number must be indicated on the Exhibition Con- tract Form. In the event of the failure of Exhibitor to provide a purchase order number on time, the absence thereof on an invoice or related documentation shall not affect Exhibitor’s payment obligations, the payment term or EAGE’s rights under the Agreement. 7.6. Exhibitor is (automatically) in default after the expiry of any payment period, without any demand, notice of default or judicial intervention being necessary. If Exhibitor is in default, EAGE may cancel booth/space and assign it to another exhibitor without any rebate or allowance to the defaulting Exhibitor, without prejudice to EAGE’s rights to demand immediate payment of the entire outstanding amount, and without prejudice to EAGE’s other rights in such situation. In case of default, Exhibitor is liable for the payment of EAGE’s actual collection costs (including all legal fees and court fees) and not entitled to a refund of any amounts already paid. 7.7. EAGE is entitled to set off payments made by an Exhibitor first of all against any outstanding debts of Exhibitor to EAGE and/or its affiliated companies.

  • Billing and Payments Transmission Provider shall bill the Interconnection Customer for the Costs associated with the facilities contemplated by this ISA, estimates of which are set forth in the Specifications to this ISA, and the Interconnection Customer shall pay such Costs, in accordance with Section 11 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and the applicable Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. Upon receipt of each of Interconnection Customer’s payments of such bills, Transmission Provider shall reimburse the applicable Interconnected Transmission Owner. Pursuant to Section 212.4 of the Tariff, Interconnection Customer requests that Transmission Provider provide a quarterly cost reconciliation:

  • EDD Independent Subrecipient Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, Subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the State.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Subrecipients. An independent Subrecipient is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.   • Invoicing and Payment All work performed by the Contractor must be approved in advance by the State. Once work has been completed, delivered and accepted by the State, invoicing can occur.
