Job Description and Reclassification. A. New Job Classifications Management’s right to establish new job classifications and to alter job duties is recognized. In the event the Hospital, in its discretion, creates a new job classification which the employer believes may be in the bargaining unit, the Hospital will establish the rate of pay for such position and shall give the union notice and an opportunity to request bargaining. If the union does not request bargaining within fourteen (14) calendar days of notice the hospital shall presume that the union does not wish to bargain. If management significantly alters an existing job classification within the bargaining unit, the Union and employee(s) in that classification will be notified of all changes, and implementation shall be effective 48 hours following notice (exclusive of weekends and holidays), and the employee(s) in that classification may petition the Administrator for Human Resources for reclassification in accordance with Section C Below.

Job Description and Reclassification. The Association and District agree to maintain a Job Description Committee for the purpose of periodically reviewing and updating all existing job descriptions as needed. The committee shall comprise an equal number of District and Association members. This committee will also hear reclassification requests, and review and adopt a reclassification tool. The classification tool used by this committee will be agreed upon by the parties and shall be reviewed and revised as needed. Revisions, however, shall be considered in light of the objective of providing a consistent and reliable rating tool. If a position is reclassified to a higher level, the employee will be placed at the step on that level that constitutes not less than a 2.5% increase from the employee’s current step, retroactive to a date two months following the date of the request. If the level is being adjusted down the employee's pay will be frozen until placement on the schedule results in no loss of pay.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATION AND RECLASSIFICATION 26.01 In order to ensure the appropriate classification of jobs listed under Schedule "A" of the collective agreement, the Parties agree that matters related to the classification of new or existing jobs shall be dealt with in accordance with the Joint Job Evaluation Manual of Procedures forming part of this collective agreement. (Appendix "B").

  • Classification and Reclassification Classification and reclassification are the assignment or reassignment, respectively, of a position or group of positions to an occupational classification which is appropriate for compensation and employment purposes.

  • Reclassification of Position An employee shall not have her salary reduced by reason of a change in the classification of her position that is caused other than by the employee herself.

  • Reclassification Procedure a. A completed Position Description Form and written explanation for a proposed reclassification request shall be submitted to the Agency Personnel Office.

  • Salary on Reclassification The salary of a regular, limited-term or probationary employee whose position is reclassified shall be determined as follows:

  • Classification Structure All employees working under this Agreement shall be classified according to the skill based classification structure set out in Appendix A.

  • CLASSIFICATION AND WAGES 21.01 The Job Classifications and applicable Wage Rates under this agreement are set forth at Appendix “A” (attached).

  • (b) - Job Descriptions A copy of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the Union upon request. When a new classification which is covered by terms of this collective agreement is created, a copy of the job description shall be forwarded to the Union at the time that the Hospital notifies the local Union of the rate of pay pursuant to article 20.01(a) above.

  • Job Descriptions The Employer agrees to supply each employee with a copy of her current job description. Upon request, the Union and the Bargaining Unit Chair shall be provided copies of all job descriptions in the bargaining unit.

  • LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY The subject property is a two bedroom service apartment unit, intermediate lot bearing postal address of No. A-20-10, Xxxxxx A, Residensi Southkey Mozek, Persiaran Southkey Utama, Kota Xxxxxxxx, 00000 Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx.
