KEYS AND LOCKOUTS a. The University or Provider will provide key(s) or an access card/fob to each student. The Student will not duplicate any University or Provider key or access card/fob and will not allow any University or Provider key or access card/fob to be used by anyone else. The Student agrees to be responsible for replacement costs and re-keying of the locks or entry system in accordance with University or Provider policies in the event that any University or Provider key or access card/fob becomes lost, damaged, or stolen. b. The Student must carry keys or an access card/fob and ensure that their door is secured at all times. c. The Student acknowledges the security significance of maintaining control of their key and access card/fob and agrees to promptly notify the University and/or Provider in any event when a key or access/fob becomes lost or is missing and unaccounted for. d. The Student will not alter any lock. All keys/fobs are to be returned at the end of occupancy.

KEYS AND LOCKOUTS. Lessee agrees that the keys issued are to be used only by the person to whom they were issued and shall not be duplicated. The undersigned further agrees that he/she will be charged $5.00 for a lost key. Lock outs after 11:00 pm are subject to a charge of $20.00 for each occurrence payable at the time in cash. For lockouts after hours, please go to the manager on duty. All room keys must be returned at the end of the contract (or assignment date), to avoid a lock-changing charge. Lock charges are as follows: $45.00 for front door and $5.00 for every additional door with a keyed lock. Lessee shall not change locks or place any additional locks on the premises without prior written consent of Wolf Village; violators shall be subject to appropriate lock-changing charge for each such unauthorized lock.
KEYS AND LOCKOUTS. Landlord shall provide a key to the Tenant for the Premises and Landlord shall keep a duplicate key for access. If Tenant changes the lock without supplying Landlord with a key, and Landlord is prevented from entering the Premises due to the lock change, Tenant shall bear the financial cost of Landlord’s effort to enter by force. If Landlord or contractor is unable to enter the Premises to perform repair or maintenance tasks due to the Tenant’s unauthorized lock change, Tenant will be charged $100.00 for each violation, which will be charged to Tenant as additional rent and due immediately. If such consent to a lock change is given, Tenant will immediately provide Landlord with a key for the use of Landlord or Landlord’s agent pursuant to Landlord’s right of access to the Premises. Upon vacating the Premises, Tenant shall return all keys to Landlord or Tenant will be charged $50.00 per unreturned key. If Tenant is locked out of the Premises, and Landlord must unlock the door for Tenant, then Tenant will be charged a $75.00 lock-­‐ out fee. SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS: The Premises has been equipped with ___hard wired / ___ battery powered smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. Tenant agrees these detectors are in working order and agrees to periodically test and maintain the smoke detectors and keep them in working order.

Failing to return the spare key within twenty-four (24) hours will result in a thirty-dollar ($30.00) charge for key replacement. A Lessee who is locked out of their unit after office hours must call Emergency Maintenance to unlock their unit, resulting in a thirty-dollar ($30.00) charge. The Emergency Maintenance number can be obtained from Xxxxxx’s voicemail greeting or from xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/maintenance.html.

The business hours of Lessor are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. During non-business hours, an additional rent payment of $50 as a lockout charge shall be assessed for unlocking or providing access to the premises.
KEYS AND LOCKOUTS. Upon arriving on campus, each student is issued the key to his or her room. For safety and security reasons, residence hall exterior doors are locked 24 hours a day and are only accessible using the Hill Card. Students are expected to lock their doors and carry their key and ID (Hill Card) at all times. The College is not responsible for the theft of personal items from student rooms. Should a student be locked out of their room or the residence hall, assistance is available by calling Campus Safety. Repeated lockouts by a student will result in a $10.00 fine for each lockout. For security reasons, the loss of a key should be reported immediately to the Office of Residential Life and Campus Safety. The lock of the appropriate room will be changed to protect the safety of the student(s) living there. Students are charged for the cost to change the locks Students are not allowed to paint or chalk their rooms. Students who paint or chalk their rooms may face disciplinary sanctions and will be charged a minimum of $200.00 (for a single room) or $400.00 (for a double room) for repairs.
