Kilometer Allowance.
(a) Vehicle allowances for all miles travelled on the Employer's business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties.
(b) Effective the date of the signing of this agreement, the reimbursement rate is forty-seven cents (47¢) per kilometer.
Kilometer Allowance. Effective April 1, 2021 an employee using a personal automobile for the Employer’s business shall be paid at the rate of forty-nine (.
Kilometer Allowance. An employee using a personal automobile for the Employer’s business shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five cents (.35¢) per kilometer. The Employer shall authorize the use of a private vehicle for the Employer’s business and the Employer shall provide adequate third party liability insurance and endorsement for the extent of the Employer’s business use.
Kilometer Allowance. (a) An employee who is authorized to use a privately -owned automobile on the Employer's business, shall be paid as follows, effective April 1, 2015a kilometrage allowance in accordance with the following rates: 0 – 18,000 kilometers - 44.2320,000 kms 51.13 cents per kilometer/km 18,001 – 27,000 kilometers - 39.04 cents per kilometer
Kilometer Allowance. Carriers shall be compensated for using their own vehicle to provide service to the Company. Effective the date of ratification of this Agreement, the kilometre allowance shall be $0.35 per kilometre and the price per litre of gasoline shall be assumed to be $1.159 for the current quarter. At the beginning of each quarter, the price of gasoline in Winnipeg will be determined from the Weekly Pump Price Survey from XX Xxxxx and Associates (xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx) and where the price of gasoline exceeds $1.159 per litre, the kilometre allowance shall be increased by $0.004 per kilometre for every $0.02 per litre that the price of gasoline has increased and where the price of gasoline decreases, the kilometre allowance shall be decreased by $0.004 per kilometre for every $0.02 per litre that the price of gasoline has decreased, except that the kilometre allowance shall not be less than $0.35 per kilometre.
Kilometer Allowance. (a) An employee who is authorized to use a privately owned automobile on the Employer's business, shall be paid as follows, effective April 1, 2013 2015: 0 – 18,000 kilometers - 43.66 44.23 cents per kilometer 18,001 – 27,000 kilometers - 38.53 39.04 cents per kilometer 27,000+ kilometers - 29.53 29.92 cents per kilometer
(b) An employee who is required to provide an automobile for the purpose of carrying out employment functions pursuant to Memorandum of Agreement #2, shall have the following options effective April 1, 2013 2015:
(i) Option 1 - kilometrage only: Same rates as paragraph (a);
(ii) Option 2 - a monthly allowance plus kilometrage: $339.38 $343.84 per month plus 25.04¢ 25.37¢ per kilometer.
(c) Where an employee, other than an employee who has selected Option 2 set out in paragraph (b) above, transports other employees in his/her private automobile for the purpose of the Employer’s business:
(i) if three (3) or more additional employees are transported: the applicable rate plus 6¢ per kilometer;
(ii) if fewer than three (3) additional employees are transported: the applicable rate plus 3¢ per kilometer. DRAFT
(d) (i) The Employer agrees to adjust the rates in Article 19.01(a) and (b) to Civil Service rates if, during the life of this Collective Agreement, an increase is negotiated. (The Employer will not adjust the rates downward, but if Civil Service rates are adjusted downward, any future increases in the Employer’s rates will be calculated as if its rates had been reduced - so the Employer rates will be maintained until Civil Service rates exceed the Employer rates.)
Kilometer Allowance. Ol A member who is requested to use his/her car in the performance of police duty and who agrees to do so, shall be paid an allowance of 30 cents per kilometer for all mileage travelled in the performance of such duties.
Kilometer Allowance. Employees who are authorized to use their personal vehicle while on Company business shall be reimbursed at:
a) The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Automobile Allowance rate in effect for the first 5000 kilometers claimed in a calendar year and;
b) The CRA Automobile Allowance rate in effect for kilometers thereafter.
Kilometer Allowance. 21.5.1 Where an employee reaches agreement with SSDS to use their own motor vehicle on SSDS business and does not receive a vehicle allowance, the employee will be paid an allowance of 74 cents per kilometer traveled.
Kilometer Allowance. Where Xxxxxx Bros requests and the employee agrees to use his / her own car to transfer from one working site to another during working hours, the employee shall be paid an allowance of 65 cents per kilometre.
