Kits. Lessee shall have ordered during the Term all no-charge kits for the Aircraft offered by Manufacturer, the Engine manufacturer and other vendors, and, if not incorporated in the Aircraft at the time of return hereunder (unless required to do so by the terms hereof), Lessee shall return such kits to Lessor with the Aircraft. Lessor shall be provided with all modification kits and other such items that are on order for the Aircraft.
Kits. Each PARTY may disclose, and provide copies of, this AGREEMENT and its terms to AFFILIATES and financial, accounting, tax and securities law advisors, who shall each agree to identical nondisclosure obligations as set forth in this section 15. Furthermore, notwithstanding the foregoing, a PARTY may disclose the terms of this Agreement to an actual or potential AFFILIATE, SUBLICENSEE or a potential acquirer of a PARTY or certain of its assets including those subject to this AGREEMENT, as reasonably necessary to the conduct of the PARTY's business, provided that such disclosure is accompanied by an agreement obligating the party receiving the information to keep the information confidential. Michigan may disclose the financial terms of this AGREEMENT to its inventors of THE KAMINSKI PATENT FAMILY, who shall each agree in writing to identical xxxxxxxxosure obligations as set forth in this paragraph 15.
Kits. Kits are defined as modifications to existing tooling, related tooling structure, or automated transfer equipment required to bring the tooling into conformance with specifications or to incorporate engineering changes. Tool suppliers will perform kit installation work within the area occupied by the existing tooling and equipment. This area is defined as inside machine guarding, on the base plate of tooling, or on related tooling structure of the machine or automation. This includes valve manifolds, junction boxes, and control centers, which support the current tooling, either inside or outside of guarding. It shall not be a violation of this section of the agreement should the tool supplier elect to utilize building trades crafts in lieu of vendor technicians for all or any portion of the work described above, as conditions dictate. Building trades crafts will provide labor for required utility services (i.e. electric, air, water, etc.) or service modifications to the fixture, outside of the tooling base plate, transfer, or tooling structure. This will include installation of any additional hydraulic units, welding controllers or major electrical control panels added to balconies or outside of the existing tooling structure. When circumstances require retrofitting entire systems or production lines (i.e. Bodysides, Framing, Respot, Underbody, Block, Head, Crank, etc.) previously accepted by Ford for new product programs the building trades crafts will perform the initial installation work as described herein or as directed or delegated by the Ford designated NMAPC liaison. Once the installing contractor site representative, the tooling vendor site representative, and the owner’s site representative agree that the tooling/kitting work in question performed by the installing contractor is complete, a sign-off tag will be attached to the tooling/kit and the tooling/kitting will be considered conditionally bought off. The tooling system is now the responsibility of the owner/vendor and any subsequent work is to be performed as directed by the owner/vendor as described herein. Tooling related warranty work may be performed prior to Sign-Off when the work is required for immediate safety or to ensure scheduled production start-up. In these rare circumstances, the work must be authorized by the Ford designated NMAPC liaison. Kits. 7.2.1 The Distributor will collect all orders for Xxxxxxx Kits from its Dealers and customers and will combine them with its own orders. The combined orders will be transmitted in a pre-agreed format and detail direct to the Xxxxxxx North American office. Xxxxxxx will provide the Distributor with estimated dispatch and delivery information. Order frequency from the Distributor to Xxxxxxx will reflect the Distributor’s actual demand.
7.2.2 An acknowledgement of order will be issued for each order received from the Distributor plus an estimated dockside arrival date in North America.
7.2.3 Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all deliveries by Xxxxxxx to the Distributor will be on a “CIP Duty Paid, Port of Entry” basis as per INCOTERMS 2000 to a mutually agreed port. The provisions of Articles 7.1.4 and 7.1.5 shall also apply unless otherwise agreed.
Kits. Supplier agrees to offer Kits to Sprint as described in Schedule J. Sprint shall only issue Purchase Orders for Kits that contain a minimum of no less than [ * ] cards per Kit and must require that the cards be delivered at the same time as the Kits. As used above “cards” is defined to mean line cards and not the common cards.
Kits. HI shall deliver all Kits in accordance with the Engineering Drawings, the Specifications and the SOW.

Kits. 5.1. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Work Order, Labcorp is responsible for providing Specimen Kits necessary for the Services and CRO will designate where Specimen Kits shall be shipped. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, Labcorp shall ensure that each Specimen Kit component has received any necessary registration, clearance, approval, or exemption from any applicable Regulatory Authority. The Specimen Kits may include test tubes, pipettes, collection needles, and other required materials, in addition to instructions for collection and shipment. The Specimen Kits shall also have a test requisition form or other electronic method to capture such data for the particular Study. Each Specimen Kit will be bar coded to ensure tracking and testing audit trails upon its return to Labcorp.
5.2. In the event that a Specimen Kit (a) is lost, expires or is otherwise rendered unusable for reasons outside Labcorp’s reasonable control or (b) expires, Labcorp shall replace such Specimen Kit and charge CRO a cost equal to the amount reflected with respect to such item in the Budget (as defined in Section 10.1), subject to the limitations of Section 2.3, Modification of Work Orders.
5.3. After performing Services, Labcorp will store the remaining Study specimens for the length of time and under storage conditions as described in the applicable Work Order. The remaining specimens may subsequently be shipped to CRO or another party as specified in the Work Order or if not specified in the Work Order, held as otherwise instructed by CRO.
Kits. HydroMed shall be responsible for obtaining all requisite consents and approvals from relevant Third Parties (other than Governmental Bodies) in connection with the assembly and packaging of the Kit and all of its contents. Paladin shall ensure that all components of the Kit have the necessary regulatory approvals from the TPD to be used, marketed, distributed and sold in the Territory, and HydroMed shall give Paladin reasonable assistance in this regard. HydroMed shall order, at its own cost, the Canadian Sourced Items from a Canadian manufacturer or wholesaler and require them to be delivered to the ship-to address set forth in Paladin's Purchase Order for the Product. Until packaged together with the Product and sold to a customer, the Canadian Sourced Items shall be owned by HydroMed, and Paladin shall store its inventory of the Canadian Sourced Items in a separate area that conspicuously identifies such items as the property of HydroMed. Paladin shall be solely responsible for packaging the Canadian Sourced Items with the Products in accordance with all Laws and GMPs. Paladin hereby assumes all risks regarding the Canadian Sourced Items, including any issues with respect to delivery, quantity and/or quality, provided that HydroMed shall cooperate in good faith with Paladin in resolving claims and issues with manufacturers) and/or wholesalers) of the Canadian Sourced Items.
Kits. TWP will give a personal kit list at the start of your course , you will be expected to have this kit in full on your first day as we do not have excess kit to share.
