LABOR AND SUPERVISION. The Contractor shall enforce strict discipline and good order among the Contractor(s)’s employees. The Contractor’s supervision must be the controlling authority on the job and this function cannot be subcontracted. The Contractor shall exercise the necessary supervision and control on each job and to prevent Contractor’s employees from violating any rules and regulations. The Contractor shall promptly remove from the work and the premises any supervisor or employee of the Contractor or subcontractor(s) whose work or conduct is not satisfactory to GIT’s Contract administrator or the Owner’s Representative.

LABOR AND SUPERVISION. MH shall provide all production labor for the Plant, including, without limitation, shift supervision, necessary to manufacture and produce the Product in such quantities and on such terms as required by the Supply Agreement. MH shall use its best efforts to employ such labor (and any other personnel required by MH to perform services under this Agreement) who are, within generally accepted chemical industry standards applicable in the United States, qualified to perform the jobs for which they are hired.

Subcontractor shall provide an adequate number of qualified and competent administrative and/or supervisory staff and shall and have a competent superintendent or project manager who is satisfactory to Contractor on the Site, and who is responsible for the direction of the Subcontract Work and to enforce discipline and order among its employees. 23.2 Subcontractor shall in all respects comply with and shall cooperate with the Contractor, Owner and other subcontractors in enforcing the Site procedures, conditions and rules established by the Contractor or Owner which affect the Subcontract Work, or the Site, including but not limited to the Project Schedule or other related Project schedules, access, security, traffic, solicitation, work and storage areas, utilities, safety, medical and first aid facilities, fire and explosion precautions, pollution, sanitation, cleanup and work conditions. Subcontractor shall be required to attend all Site or Project meetings held by the Contractor or Owner in regard to the Subcontract Work or the Project for which the Subcontract Work is being performed.
