Late Pick-Up Policy. The center’s charges for late pick up are as follows;
Late Pick-Up Policy. Any child who has not been picked up by closing (6:00PM) time will be charged a $5.00 for each five minutes interval penalty per child. If you are unable to pick up your child before closing you will need to make arrangements for another authorized person to pick up your child who is listed on your emergency card. You will need to notify us by writing if your autho- rized pick-up list has been changed.
Late Pick-Up Policy. Your child must be picked up from our program no later than 6:00 p.m. (or 6:30 p.m. as your program dictates). Beginning at 6:05 (or 6:35 p.m.), there is a late charge of $2.00 per minute after closing time. Payments for late pick-up must be submitted by the next business day. Children not picked up within an hour of the end of the program are considered abandoned and the police will be called.
Late Pick-Up Policy. Students are required to be picked up at the specified time of program closure. The WRAP/YMCA program does not have the staff or resources to support late pick-ups. If a student is picked up past p.m. it is considered to be a late pick-up. A documented Late Pick-Up Dismissal Warning Letter will be completed by a WRAP staff member and given to the parent to be signed. Any student who has more than three (3) late pick-ups will be suspended from the WRAP/YMCA program for the next five (5) consecutive school days and may conditionally return to the program. The next unexcused late pick-up will result in dismissal from the program for the remainder of the school year.

(It is our recommendation that if you find you cannot comfortably make it here by that time, you please find another after school program, which stays open later.) You will be assessed a late fee of $5.00 at 6:05 p.m., and an additional $1.00 PER MINUTE thereafter, SABAL PALM CLOCK TIME. Payment is to be made upon arrival, or the following day. FAILURE TO PAY YOUR LATE FEE WILL RESULT IN YOUR CHILD BEING DROPPED FROM THE PROGRAM. ***PAYMENT POLICY*** DISTRICT POLICY STATES THAT STUDENTS MAY NOT REMAIN IN THE EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM UNLESS THEIR ACCOUNTS ARE PAID ON A CURRENT BASIS. Upon registration you will receive a payment schedule to follow for the entire year. Payments MUST be made in person, by an adult, in the Extended Day Office during office working hours: 7:00 - 8:00 am and 3:00 - 6:00 pm. PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DURING THE SCHOOL DAY IN THE MAIN OFFICE. Payments are due PRIOR to services being rendered. If payment is not received within 5 days of the DUE DATE, your account will be assessed a $15.00 Late Payment Fee. Your payment schedule is your OFFICIAL notice. Not having received a reminder that payments are due does not negate the Late Fee. Continual problems with late payments will result in your child not being allowed to remain in the Extended Day Program. NOTE: EXTENDED DAY IS A FULL TIME ENRICHMENT PROGRAM FOR WORKING PARENTS ONLY. IT IS NOT A DROP-IN SERVICE. THERE ARE NO DAILY RATES, NOR WILL WE ACCEPT WEEKLY PAYMENTS. PLEASE WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON EVERY PAYMENT YOU MAKE! RETURNED CHECK POLICY: the school no longer handles returned checks. All returned checks will automatically be turned over to a collection agency contracted by the District School Board who will contact you directly. If restitution is not confirmed by the collection agency, your child will be dropped from the program within 3 days. Once restitution is made, all future payments must be made in the form of cash or money order for the remainder of the school year.
Late Pick-Up Policy. Our Club closes at 6:00 pm. There is a 5 minute grace period, following the grace period you will be billed $1 for every minute your child is not picked up after 6:05 pm.
