Lay-off in Reverse Order of Seniority. Both parties recognize that job security shall increase in proportion to seniority. Therefore, in the event of job abolition or lay-off, employees shall be laid off in reverse order of seniority within their own classification.

Lay-off in Reverse Order of Seniority. In event of a reduction in the work force, employees shall be laid off in reverse order of seniority provided that there are available employees with seniority whose capability and qualifications meet the employer's requirements for the work of the laid off employees.
