Leave With Out Pay. (LWOP) LWOP will be computed in either one of two ways.
Leave With Out Pay. Unpaid leave of up to four months may be granted to an employee who has completed one year of continuous service with G4S. An additional two months unpaid leave may be granted to an employee who has reached the level of Accredited Officer. Such leave must be applied for and will be at the sole discretion of G4S.
Leave With Out Pay. Leave without pay may be granted at the discretion of the Centre Consultant. Approval of such leave is dependant on the following factors: • If sick, a Doctor Certificate is provided. • Leave without pay can be accommodated easily. • All existing accrued leave has been taken. • Leave application has been completed, and due notice given to Coordinator. • Employee understands that the approval is not automatic, and that each application is treated individually.
