Leaving Bargaining Unit. Any employee who leaves the bargaining unit for any other position within the School District forfeits their bargaining unit seniority.

Leaving Bargaining Unit. Any employee covered by this Agreement who elects to accept a position with the Employer not covered by any classification set forth under Article One shall lose all seniority rights after thirty (30) days if the employee elects to retain said new position. If the employee desires to return to the Bargaining Unit within thirty (30) days, he may do so without loss of seniority rights.
Leaving Bargaining Unit. Except as provided in Section 7 following, an employee who leaves the bargaining unit and subsequently returns, will be considered a new employee from the date of re-entering the unit for the purpose of determining seniority credit.
