Employees will advise the Company of their request on the appropriate form supplied by the Company, by November 15th of each preceding year. The Company will review the requests and finalize the schedule, which will be posted by December 15th. Requests received after this deadline will be considered on a first come–first served basis in accordance with business needs.

The Company will follow ESA for issuing Record of Employments. The Company agrees that vacations will be scheduled by department according to seniority. Employees will advise the Company of their request on the appropriate form by January 31st of each year. The Company will review the requests and finalize the schedule, which will be posted by March 1st. In the event an employee does not select vacation by the above noted deadline, all vacation selection thereafter will be on a first come first serve basis. The Company will determine the number of the employees entitled to be on vacation in each department which shall not exceed twelve percent (12%). All Employees are required to book at least two (2) weeks of vacation each year. If the two (2) weeks have not been booked by the Employee by August 15th of each calendar year, the Company will upon discussion with the Employee and upon mutual agreement, and provided such dates are available, schedule the vacation on the Employee’s behalf.
